Yes definitely suspicious, I contacted him through the rentmen messenger and asked about price he asked for my location and after telling him he only replied ok. No further information. Also it made a bit of sense that his first ad was for the Philly area because his area code 223 is South central PA which isn’t that far away. Now that he has moved to another city I wonder if he’s just looking for deposits as @davidhikes mentioned.
