Even if they’ve always said they’re negative, I’d still take it with a grain of salt and look out for yourself.
I’ve seen people go from positive to undetectable, then no mention of anything, then back to undetectable, then on PrEP. It can be all over the place.
At the end of the day, I’m on PrEP, doxy PEP, and I use condoms sometimes. I just make sure I’m in charge of my own protection. And I’m the one who decides the level of risky I’m taking 🙂

I’ve had quite a few experiences like this myself, I’ve been hiring for too long. In some cases, they stop putting in the effort to retain clients and settle into doing the bare minimum while still getting paid. In others, it seems more like burnout than anything else.
From what I’ve seen, once things reach that point, they rarely turn around. It’s usually better to move on and find someone who’s more engaged and consistent.

At least in this case, he’s clear about what he does and doesn’t offer when you text him. That said, I agree with you, advertising something as “sensual” while only providing therapeutic services is misleading at best.

I had a similar experience with a guy I saw in LA.  I tried both therapeutic and sensual, as the two different prices, and there was no difference between the two.  If there's no actual difference, there shouldn't be two different prices.

Which is why you NEVER offer to pay ANYONE for sex over text, email, phone etc.
It's a game of *wink*wink* where you discuss sexual interests in common. Then simply agree to meet up and agree to PAY FOR THEIR TIME. Yes, no one is dumb enough to think you're inviting them to tea, but in terms of criminality, you have limited the evidence to nothing written. SPECULATING about whether or not you were INTENDING to pay for sex is not evidence enough to convict someone.
You were certainly not the first to fall for this scam. Learn from your mistake.

I’m sorry you’ve been having these kinds of negative experiences. I can relate in my own way. I’m personally very attracted to most Asians and I’ve definitely had moments where people reacted as if that preference was unusual or hard to understand.
I think it’s important to separate the idea of having a personal “type” from the broader issue of bias. Everyone has preferences and that’s completely natural. At the same time, those preferences don’t develop in isolation. They’re shaped, at least in part, by the culture we grow up in, the media we consume, and the stereotypes we’re exposed to over time.

I don't consider it as a negative experience now. Initially, I felt bad for myself. But overtime, I realized and I know for a fact that I have tons of other options. And thank you for your answer. These types of answers are the ones I am looking for. Non judgmental.

If your goal is simply to fix an image like in your example, almost any AI tool can handle that for you, so there’s no real need to learn Photoshop or similar software. You might want to try Gemini with Nano Banana or Grok’s Imagine feature.

+ JamesB got a reaction from DMonDude in Am I being unreasonable??
It’s a bit ironic. You asked for honest opinions in a public forum and that’s exactly what you received. Being frustrated that people didn’t validate your perspective misses the point of how open forums work. You put a question out there and people respond with their interpretations.
No one is saying you negotiated after the fact. The feedback is that the questions themselves came across as attempts to lower the price. If most people interpreted it that way, it might be worth reflecting on that rather than assuming everyone misunderstood your intent.
You asked whether it sounded cheap and people answered yes. That isn’t an attack, it’s simply a direct response to the question you posed.

Not cowardly, and exactly the correct and safe and SMARTEST way to extract yourself from this situation.

Two things - #1. Don't hire provide who list that they are involved with PNP.
and #2 - while it is indeed a sad situation, it is not your problem to fix him, but it is best that you leave a review here to warn others of your experience. It is not unfair to help others not be in this situation as well.
You yourself may have benefited from others leaving warnings of this kind of danger. Pay it forward.
And what to do when they show up high? exactly what you did do. The only other thing you can do is make sure it doesn't happen to someone else.
Wait a few weeks if you don't want to leave a review that he can trace back to you.

Either you’re into cars, or you’re not.  Those who aren’t too often assume that a flashy car is how an inadequate (whether penis size or something else) man compensates for his sense of inferiority.  While that might be true in some cases, it ignores some men’s genuine love of cars.  Flashy cars are adult toys:  they’re beautiful, they’re luxurious, and they’re a shit-ton of fun.  A great car transforms driving from a burdensome chore to one of life’s great pleasures.
If you don’t see things that way, so be it.  But don’t defecate all over a guy just because he enjoys something that you don’t.  Live and let live.

It does come across as cheap. I’m not sure where you’re located but in many places an outcall typically runs around $200–$250. You’re trying to negotiate around someone’s pricing structure in multiple ways instead of just accepting the service as it’s offered. Outcall pricing isn’t just about the table, it’s about travel time, scheduling limitations and the inconvenience of leaving their workspace. Asking to split sessions or reprice things puts the provider in an awkward spot and undervalues their time. It’s understandable to want good value but in this case the requests lean more toward minimizing cost than respecting how the service is structured.
