This was a spot-on, blunt observation...  Often my favorite kind.
However, I was really hoping the original story would turn out like a sluttier version of My Fair Lady, where Eliza not only learns to speak properly and converse about the weather, but to also be fully versatile in a gang-bang situation.

Just reading your post gave me heart palpitations - my Saturday night consisted of sitting in front of the TV with a pot of macaroni and cheese.  The disaster for me was not soaking the pot in the sink and now having to scrub really heard this morning,

Facial recognition is being used by the government in many ways. I don’t even present a passport when entering the US, only facial recognition is used. I never officially gave the government  my facial biometrics. They took it without asking, unlike fingerprints, where you know what’s going on.

Although many of the well informed forum members here will know this, I’d like to point out that if you are flagged at the border when entering the US, due to possible “sex trafficking,” potentially working while on a tourist visa, or for any other reason:
If you are not a US citizen you have basically no rights. Your phone can be confiscated and you have no legal right to privacy.

If you are a citizen you unfortunately also have no right to privacy. Your phone can be confiscated and searched.

HOWEVER, if your phone has a passcode, you cannot be forced to provide that passcode. It is tantamount to self incrimination. Authorities can however use your phone’s facial recognition or fingerprint recognition to unlock the phone and search it.

Bottom line, turn off your phone’s auto unlock feature when entering the country. Normal privacy standards for searching a phone do not exist when entering the US.

I would argue that recording my voice for ID purposes or using LiDAR or other means to enable facial recognition, or obtaining DNA should all involve active consent. They did it surreptitiously IMO. It’s possible that some T&C fine print enables it. That doesn’t make it right. Facial recognition is particularly dangerous in the wrong hands.

I knew we had more in common than just living in Philly.
Remind me not to ask you for a blow job at the next Palm Springs gathering.

Lots of people regret taking all sorts of jobs.  I've had a couple of traumatizing jobs in my life that had nothing to do with sex work.  Hopefully anyone who decides to escort who realizes it isn't for him simply stops and does something else.

I don’t regret doing it. I made quite a bit of money web camming during college in 2001-2004. I agreed to meet up with a few viewers for escort services. Only 3. I’ll never forget them. One was a traveling French businessman. I came in his eye and he was so mad, proceeding to mutter to himself and complain in French profusely. The second was an attorney who was warm in my apartment so I turned the fan on. During the climax, my normally explosive load got picked up by the fan wind and oscillated cum alllllllll over his suit.  He was mad he had to go back to trial with a lot of jizz marks on his clothes. The last one was my age. He was so awkward and uncomfortable. He fumbled through asking to blow me and proceeded with one of the worst blow jobs I ever had. When I offered a blow job back his face lit up in disbelief. I think I was his first and he came in under a minute.
I quickly realized it wasn’t for me and went back to video sessions.  After college I had my very hot roommate make appearances in my cam shows and then we’d sell his underwear and socks. All in, over two years I think we banked $17k which was amazing money to us at the time.
I don’t think I was in it long enough to have regrets

A nurse is saving lives. A teacher is giving of himself to lift up others. While an escort is choosing (if they have a choice, and we know some don’t), to use their body, usually reserved for intimate situations, to make money, to pay the rent.  It’s only logical that they might want to be careful about how and with whom the act is performed. This isn’t a public accommodation situation.

True, it's not a public accommodation issue. But if an escort chooses to run his business that way, he should just be explicit about it. If he only wants clients of a certain size and age, just be upfront about it. I don't find him remotely appealing (too young, too smooth) so it would never be an issue for me, but "potential" clients are wasting their time reaching out to him.

I have two policies regarding sexual health that have worked for me my entire life.
#1 Don't believe what anyone tells you about their status.
    #2 Wear a condom.
I've never had a single STI over many years of being a complete slut.

My experience is all fairly long ago.  I'm not sure how relevant my experience is in the age of Onlyfans, Insta, Grindr, & videochat.  Ive dealt with weight issues throughout adult life.  While others cycle through gains and losses of 30, even 50 lbs, I've cycled through hundreds.
I was fairly active in the urban bear scene 90s, early 00s. I frequented bear bars and events as the gay community was fairly direct in relegating me to the bear & chub scene.  I recall being insulted when I accompanied a very buff friend into Powerhouse in SF.
Chubby-chasers are, imo, much closer to urban myth than we'd like to acknowledge.  I rarely met a chaser who didn't have some fetish interests: feeding, feeling smothered as a bottom, playing with man-tits. I remember one guy who only wanted to tickle the midriff bulge hanging over my belt.  Guys for whom my size wasn't a factor at all were rare. Note that I distinguish between a daddy with 25-30 extra pounds and a genuinely fat guy; muscle cubs with a beer-gut Daddy were not at all uncommon.
Strong memories: a few different instances of guys who were politely uninterested at 365lbs, but who seemed to not recognize me and pursued me at 230, or 210.  One guy stopped visiting me when I lost weight.. that was surprising.
In hiring, I felt it best to share my size when screening rentguys.  I was only directly rejected a few times, and rarely felt insulted.  I might have written about one here on the board years ago when a couple offering 4-hand massage rejected me in an offensive manner.  Much more common was the pocket veto approach "oh, that's not an issue for me" but failure to respond in follow up, or appointment setting.
While I'm sure I was screened out often, I never had an issue with guys who agreed to an appointment.  No one arrived and said never mind. No one refused acts based on size.  The topic arose once or twice in lengthy or repeat visits - more as health advice, but not in a manner that felt like rejection.
I was active in hiring in 90s & 00s.  Much less active in 2010s.  My most recent hire was a very well-known guy in Feb 2020 while traveling; 36 hours later, I was dealing with very bad flu symptoms. Nothing since.
So, with that lengthy post for context, my approach was to tell the rentguy in advance, perhaps as a defense against in-person hurtful rejection.   But no real issues once met.

In one of Ed White’s books (Farewell Symphony?) there’s a great scene where Ed’s roommate/bf, a struggling stage actor who is escorting because he needs the money, encounters Tennessee Williams as a client. He is tempted to gush about how much joy and inspiration Mr Williams has provided to him, but instead he tells the client to get down on his knees and start groveling. Very amusing, if not all that surprising.
