I don’t think it’s this black and white. Sometimes you need a conversation, getting questions answered, feeling the vibe can be helpful.  Guys engage these professionals for different reasons. Some just care about aesthetics which makes picking from the profiles easy. Some want the vibe and some are inexperienced. Regardless, I do respect what you’re saying. Being an adult and telling both of them that you’re making up your mind based on these attributes lets them manage their expectations as well and is just the truth. It is unfair to play with someone’s livelihood, so I agree with that. But I don’t think chatting with them is wrong either. Just be transparent that you’re doing it.

You clearly need education, but don’t want it.  The fact this guy put FTM in his profile name is a clear request for acknowledgment and respect of his male identity.  Not sure your fetishized sexual encounters was the best reference for your vast knowledge base of gender identity, but it does help to clarify that this was intentional transphobic behavior that really should be addressed.

For a massage, I always notice and appreciate but don't always receive: 
Deep massage on the bottoms of my feet
Ears massaged when I'm faceup.
Forehead, temple, head massage when I'm faceup. 
Pecs worked (and of course, eventually, the nipples!)

I assume you realize that your future spouse must have an attorney as well? 
One mistake I made was not thinking far enough into the future. I have a large asset that’s protected, but should I liquidate, the proceeds could become common property. That’s something I (or my attorney) should have foreseen.
 
I also raised the question of alimony. Although it didn’t really pertain to the prenup in my state, it’s a serious matter, and as mentioned above, every state is different. In addition, I’ve always wondered, what if we move elsewhere? Would my alimony responsibilities be very different? I don’t know if a prenup can head off this problem. Worth asking about….
