I have little idea how much money I spend and on what. It’s a bit all over the map. The graphs look nice, but it doesn’t arrange the information in ways that I find very useful. How do others here track expenses? A favorite app? Spreadsheets? Do you even have a budget? I’m interested in trying Monarch Money app, so if anyone has tried it, please speak up. The threads I’ve found online regarding these apps are clearly marketing driven, or administered by the companies themselves.

I paid several thousand dollars for my spouse to do it and the results were very minimal. He just wanted a bit of sculpting, he’s not really that heavy. But even his modest goals weren’t achieved. I think he did about 6 sessions, but it might have been more. I tried the similar version of this that is laser based. It was a total disaster. A ten on the pain scale, no fat reduction, and significant bruising. My result was definitely atypical though. If you go onto Real Self and research, you’ll start to see patterns in people’s comments about whether these procedures are worth it. I’ve used DayUse several times and recall strugglingwith the resort fee/tax issue. A quick check verifies that when you see listed prices, they are before taxes and fees. You may get the final price while booking, but comparisons done beforehand, when looking at listings, will not be equal.
