  1. So hot. Why is there no drooling emoji reaction on this site? 🤤
  2. After you put in the escort’s name hit done, then the red button. Hitting return just clears the field. That’s true no matter how you access the site.
  3. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aOT_bG-vWyg My favorite math video of all time! Matt Parker makes math fun.
  4. New York Jacks NYJACKS.COM We are a group of New York City men who enjoy masturbating / Jacking Off together.
  5. Has anyone been recently? Since people have gotten over their fear of Covid, the sex party scene seems to be very active but more so in the outer boroughs. I’m wondering if this particular party is still going strong.
  6. I simply keep a separate, dedicated account for any cases where I need to directly link an account to an app. That way if it’s ever compromised the damage is mitigated by the relatively low balance that I maintain there. It may be a hassle to have one more account to fund, but you can’t put a price on peace of mind.
  7. Everyone here is well meaning, even if we give opposite advice. Please let us know how it turns out.
  8. This thread seems to focus mostly on quality of life issues it causes. Let me tell you something, there are two NYC’s. Those who have rent stabilization or subsidized housing and those who pay market rate. Those who pay market rate are paying based on constricted supply because of the large number of places that aren’t market rate. AirBnB lets people run mini-hotels without regulation and in the process further lessens the housing supply of this city. If you can’t afford to legally rent a place here, then you can’t afford to visit. Tourists should not be getting (illegal) cheaper places to stay at the cost of further restricting our housing supply.
  9. Taking the easiest course of action is not always the right thing to do. But in this case it seems like a no-brainer. Pay him off. Not because he is right but because you deserve to have peace in your life. It’s not a guarantee that it will make it go away but there’s a pretty good chance it will work. I give you this advice as someone who recently had 6k stolen from me. My lawyer assures me I could get that money back, plus attorney fees as well. All it will cost me is my emotional heath and a couple of years of my life. I’m walking away. Take the easy route, not the I’m-right-and-he’s-victimizing-me route.
  10. I didn’t get hugged much growing up, but…. When I moved to NYC my parents came to visit. There were French doors separating the living room and bedroom in my apartment, but they had been removed. My father noticed the holes in the double wide doorframe where the standing-bondage anchor points had been. “Why are those holes there?” Oh, uhhhhh… that’s where the plant hangers used to be. He gave me one of those looks. My Dad’s a smart guy. He knew. And said nothing. Not THAT’S showing your son some love.
  11. Thisvid.com specializes in amateur video, as xtube did. It’s definitely quite different from xvideo, pornhub, xhamster and the like.
  12. Let’s really get this conversation going. Who’s opposed to the Oxford comma? Tell us now so that we know who to block!
  13. For the philosophers among us, a hypothetical. Scenario 1, you are at a market and see a painting you love. It’s $50. You are familiar with the artist and are certain that its value is in excess of $2,000. You pay $50 and walk away with no ethical concerns. Scenario 2, you go to a friend’s place for dinner. You see a painting and mention that you love it. Your friend says that he inherited it and never liked it much. He’s thinking of selling it and you could have it for $50 if you want it. You think that he’s possibly not familiar with the artist and you don’t want to take advantage of your friend. You tell him that it’s probably worth $2,000. Which scenario describes your situation? I think the answer is that it lies somewhere in between. Closer to #2… maybe? Hard to say. There are no right or wrong answers. Just bear in mind that if you choose door #1 you do so to your own advantage, and an ethical person would at least take that into consideration.
  14. Back on the topic, I wanted to mention how struck I was by my NHS care in the UK as it compared to the US. Here it seems doctors are often very rushed and don’t take time to really dig into the issue. Especially if it’s something difficult to pin down. In the UK I had the (admittedly anecdotal) opposite experience. With two separate heath issues, the doctors I encountered took the time for very thorough questions about medical history and symptoms. A 30+ minute discussion is a rarity in the US and it seems I’m often suggested a pill to take to see if it helps… “come back if you’re still having trouble.” But in the UK, careful discussion yielded great results for me. I’m generalizing of course about US care. And I will admit that the many Brits in my life seem to have a low opinion of NHS. They all seem to have private insurance.
  15. Of course it could be an insult to him. It just depends on how it’s presented. I think the advice so far hasn’t taken into account just how young, naive, and inexperienced guys in that age range can be. Do what you already know is the right thing to do. Gingerly mention it to him in case he’s not aware of market conditions and what he’s worth. You do not want to “educate” him but rather to (actually) educate him. One way is condescending. The other is an offer of information that might be useful. Then he can decide what to do.
  16. Seems like a plausible possibility. But I’m not sure what the point would be. You can easily create a shortcut on your Home Screen and it then functions separately from your browser, like an app. If going into the Apple App Store they’d have to give Apple 30% of in app purchases. I agree with others. The new policies read as a cash grab.
  17. I implore you when you hire a financial advisor to go with a fiduciary advisor. Perhaps this is obvious, but since you say you’re worried about having inappropriate financial products pushed on you, this suggests that you’re not aware of the difference. A fiduciary advisor is required by law to act in your best interest (not their own). And they tend to be less expensive anyway.
  18. True story I was in the early stages of dating a sub guy and as we lay in bed he mentioned that he got in trouble for being late to work that morning. “It’s your fault, I didn’t want to leave you this morning,” he said. I asked if his clothes were prepared for tomorrow morning. He said no. So I made him drag his ass out of bed and iron his clothes for the morning. He was rock hard the entire time. Ah, young love…. We’re still together. I haven’t done my own laundry once in the last two decades.
  19. The only review on RM of this guy comes from a member of this forum. @Fahayek care to enlighten us on your encounter?
  20. So you threaten to ruin the lives of clients who flake on you? Hmm… Seems a bit heavy handed.
  21. Correct. Will cost $19.95 to become premium again. I see no option for a discount for multiple months either, which is a bit strange.
  22. It seems myophile posted Apollo P’s ID here so you could DM him on CoM.
  23. Is this true? I’ve never had a problem using a burner number (that I’m aware of). I’ve tested burner numbers by using them to call and text my real number, and I don’t see how they could be identified as such. I’d appreciate more on this, if anyone knows.
  24. Sorry but it’s mostly true. Congress could have fixed it by now, that’s true also! But definitely the problem is cyclical because of the Reagan era firings. I’m not arguing that he should or shouldn’t have done that. The strike was illegal and would have affected the country terribly. I attempted to become a controller in the early 90s. I even had a close friend who worked as a controller at a center (not airport) who was helping me. It was a no-go. Nearly the entire lot of them were hired all at once after the mass firing. There was no more hiring for quite a few years (the odd replacements that were done were sourced from controllers who were ex-military with experience).
  25. Was $160 not long ago. He mentioned that he was going to have a moderate increase so don’t be surprised if it’s slightly higher when you inquire.
