  1. His profile says satisfaction is guaranteed. Maybe he was just having an off day. The easy way out is to ask him to stand by that guarantee. If he gives the money back, agree to rescind the review. Win-win. He keeps his reputation and you don’t have to put up with the threats nor pay for an encounter which didn’t satisfy.
  2. I agree caution is advised. Try hanging out with the finance bros of NYC. They love to brag about hiring and compare notes so that’s one situation where it adds to one’s social status. On the other hand, in my main social circle of middle aged professionals, they are very sex positive and yet… there’s an undercurrent of judgement about promiscuity. Sex is good. Too much sex is a sign of a character flaw it seems. It’s bizarre and contradictory, but then people are complicated. A younger friend of ours who is a struggling performer turned to escorting to make ends meet. I was deeply saddened by my friends’ hushed tones and vaguely judgmental statements when gossiping about it. I have not and will not share with my friends regarding this hobby.
  3. @DrownedBoy what information are you comfortable putting in your RM profile? Mine has only the very basics… nothing meaningful regarding what activities I’d be into. I’m curious what would be helpful to providers while not compromising myself.

Even the RM profile is dicey. “NO WYNN OR RESORT WORLD PROPERTIES” = banned at those properties = huge red flag.
  5. In the immediate term it makes sense that it’s a gamble to travel to a city, pay for hotels etc. But in the bigger picture, isn’t success more about building a loyal client base due to a consistently excellent experience?
  6. Traffic in Miami is horrendous. In Ft Laud it’s merely bad. Bright line is a great initiative but it does come at a cost. In South Florida those tracks are not conveniently going through an interstate hi-way median. They have utilized tracks that cut through heavy east-west traffic. The trains are very frequent. Brightline has significantly contributed to traffic congestion. I know this first hand.
  7. Great point! It’s just that it’s hard to keep that in mind when you really look forward to having a good time with a hot guy and get a cancellation instead.
  8. This mystifies me. When someone is getting (generally speaking) $300-$500 an hour in cash you’d think they would be highly motivated to show up. My initial thought is that some providers lives are such a mess that they can’t make rational decisions, and I know that this is the case sometimes. But it doesn’t seem to explain the amount of flakiness that occurs. Maybe they just aren’t motivated that much by the money, in contradiction to what is often stated on this forum. “I’m tired” is the type of excuse you often hear. Too tired to make $800 in two hours? I guess it’s just an on-the-side thing to do, when it’s convenient? I’m not a provider so I can’t really fathom why this happens so much. Your opinions?
  9. @Medin that pretty much nails it, thank you. I need to take a different approach though. My attempts to communicate this haven’t worked. The responding providers are right, I definitely can’t say “what are you into?” (and I have not been that blunt about it). And it’s an uphill (impossible?) battle to get a provider to suggest things. I’m wondering if I should perhaps try something like, “I get turned on when the person I’m with is a bit selfish and does what he wants, without asking.” Then I’m suggesting a style of interacting rather than asking them to name specific activities. I’m skeptical that this would work, it seems too vague, but I might give it a try.
  10. When I communicate with providers I try to be specific, direct, and to not dripfeed my needs or limits as a client. So I say some version of: “I like this and that (I’m quite specific), I dislike these things (again, with specifics), I’m open to much more depending on your own wants. What works for you and what would make it a fun session that you could get into? It’s very important to me that you are enjoying our time, or I will not be able to get into it.” The typical response back is, “Sounds great! Let’s meet.” That is, I get zero feedback on which activities will be of most interest to the provider, and zero insight into what he really likes. I find this very annoying because I’m so clear that I actually need that information. Asking multiple times gets me nowhere. Am I being unrealistic? How can I get a provider to understand that I want to please him as much as be pleased, so that he’ll make suggestions?
  11. I know it’s cliche but at work, dress for the job you want, not the job you have. Even though most places have gone casual it’s still true. Simply putting effort into one’s appearance can make a person stand out, ie never wearing scuffed, dirty shoes, being relatively wrinkle free, throwing out that worn looking belt, etc.
  12. It’s too bad more people don’t know about What3Words. That app solves these problems. I use it for locations that Google Maps can’t seem to find, but it’s also perfect for sending the location of a Marriott that has two other Marriotts next to it.
  13. Your experience is probably more typical than not, which is why I steer clear of porn stars, hot OF/JFF types, and perfect looking younger boys in general. Although… had I been given the chance, I would have hired Jason Branch in a heartbeat.
  14. I’ve been to The Woods a couple of times recently. There’s no history of outsiders coming in to bash the homos, as far as I’m aware. I was disappointed but not surprised to find out that someone had posted a sign at the entrance saying “Stop grooming our children.” It was of course taken down immediately. Anyway, the Woods is a wonderful, open, friendly community with a wide variety of types. And there’s tons of sex.
  15. It’s really not that hard to reach it especially in missionary position (cock hits the back of the rectum, which is where it’s located) vs doggy (cock will more easily penetrate the second sphincter, especially if the cock is curved up). It’s far easier to reach if the bottom bears down, like they are taking a dump. That will push the second sphincter much closer to the anus. It creates a completely new sensation in the ass, and can have the side effect of making some bottoms go soft. Gentlemen, get to know the ass! The second sphincter is a very critical part of fucking.
  16. I didn’t realize that Patti played the tuba in Sweeney. They did a similar thing for the revival of Company (back around the same time, not the most recent revival) and there was an actress playing the tuba as well. Here’s a fun fact. Multiple actors needed tuba lessons because of this (to audition) and guess who they went to? Dirk Kaber the porn star. Yes, he was a tuba tutor before he was a porn star.
  17. Liking her less and less makes sense. Her mental illness got worse over the years, and it showed. You’re right that she was all over the map As for her truth telling, I’d refer you to her lyrics, not her interviews.
  18. Very well said. In the larger context, Sinead always stood for justice. She was not a “disgusting racist,” quite the opposite in fact. This is the woman who wrote “Black Boys on Mopeds” two decades before Black Lives Matter. She spoke up, and she wasn’t polite about it. Sometimes she was lashing out though…. I have no doubt that I followed her more closely than anyone else here, and I can tell you that her mental illness seemed to be quite severe. But she made powerful, thoughtful, profound music. “These are dangerous days To say what you feel is to dig your own grave. Remember what I told you If you were of the world they would love you.” She was not of this world. And she didn’t care if we loved her. She spoke truth regardless of the outcome. And on a bad mental health day she did sometimes get it wrong. Still… she was braver than most.
  19. Although Louis is completely professional he’s also flirty in that mostly-straight way. I love the flirtation. And the fact that he’s pretty clear that it won’t go past the professional point means it can be a fun tease with clear limits. Most guys here may not like that? But it’s a pretty great experience in my opinion. Great, casual, sexy vibe Louis has.
  20. Yes I freely gave my photo and fingerprints. That’s quite different agreeing to facial recognition which enables monitoring of my movements anywhere there’s a publicly accessible camera. We don’t live in China. Ideally the US government SHOULD be above such things.
  21. I would argue that recording my voice for ID purposes or using LiDAR or other means to enable facial recognition, or obtaining DNA should all involve active consent. They did it surreptitiously IMO. It’s possible that some T&C fine print enables it. That doesn’t make it right. Facial recognition is particularly dangerous in the wrong hands.
  22. Indeed, Global Entry. Facial recognition wasn’t in use when I applied. They took my picture and fingerprints. I would not have considered a simple photo a method of biometric tracking at the time. Years later with no warning or notification, facial recognition was was implemented. Facial recognition is quite different from any other method since it means you can be easily spotted and identified from afar. It’s creepy. And of course ripe for abuse, as well as depressingly common.
  23. Facial recognition is being used by the government in many ways. I don’t even present a passport when entering the US, only facial recognition is used. I never officially gave the government my facial biometrics. They took it without asking, unlike fingerprints, where you know what’s going on. Although many of the well informed forum members here will know this, I’d like to point out that if you are flagged at the border when entering the US, due to possible “sex trafficking,” potentially working while on a tourist visa, or for any other reason: If you are not a US citizen you have basically no rights. Your phone can be confiscated and you have no legal right to privacy. If you are a citizen you unfortunately also have no right to privacy. Your phone can be confiscated and searched. HOWEVER, if your phone has a passcode, you cannot be forced to provide that passcode. It is tantamount to self incrimination. Authorities can however use your phone’s facial recognition or fingerprint recognition to unlock the phone and search it. Bottom line, turn off your phone’s auto unlock feature when entering the country. Normal privacy standards for searching a phone do not exist when entering the US.
  24. I think Trev looks very masculine, yet there’s a charming boyishness to his face. The thing I can’t remember being mentioned by anyone is THE VOICE. Holy hell. Deep, rich. I’d say on par with Derek Kage. Wow.

    XHamster

Other states are passing similar laws. Utah and Mississippi so far, and others are working on it. Pornhub is blocked in MS apparently. Meanwhile in The Netherlands (!) XHamster has had to pull 100% of amateur content. And of course there was the fear mongering NY Times Pornhub hit piece a while back which made sex work less safe, less above board, decimating the incomes of sex workers engaging in perfectly legal work (due to Visa/MCard blocking payments in reaction). I’m normally not a Chicken Little type. But… they are coming for your porn. Enjoy it while you can. I’ve started downloading my favorites.
