You must be very frustrated. Not sure what you expect to change with this rant. You're probably a nice fellow in real life. Can't imagine that this will help your business. I've asked you this before, but why do you continue in a business that seems to bring you such unhappiness?

Just to clarify, all or most of your posts consist of incessant rantings concerning the negotiating of your fees with potential clients.  Any small business person will tell you that is a downside that comes with the territory. 
You go on to state that you have budget concerns then go on to state that you are doing well financially. 
It is your struggle with consumer relations that prompted me to suggest considering an alternative career path.
The decision, of course, is yours alone.  If I may be so bold, I suggest you compose a standard, brief, non-toxic refusal, as some other providers have done, which will quickly end the conversation.

My experience with him was not great. He was 15 minutes late and we were meeting at his place.  He made me wait outside while he had a shower.  I should have left at that point.
We talked for a bit and he does seem like a nice guy.  We started having fun and then he told me he only kisses with his mouth closed (no tongue).  Then he said he doesn't fuck on the first meeting.  He should have told me that before we met.

The polite, mature thing to do is tell him directly in your own words that you are not interested in hiring him anymore. Most masseurs will get it and stop contacting you. Only a small minority of guys will fail to respect your wishes, in which case it makes sense to block or ignore.
The roundabout suggestions offered here only invite drama, resentment, confusion, and disrespect from both sides.
Personally I hope you all take a moment to consider how to better treat your fellow humans. You are all adults, many with 1.5x, 2x, or more years under your belt than the men you hire. You should all know better by now. Use your words, fellow adults. It’s not difficult.

Same goes for clients. I recently had a hire that was boring as fuck. Beautiful Brazilian body, cock, and ass. Unfortunately his "let’s get this over with" attitude was a total dick killer. I plowed ahead, for the love of Queen and country, of course. But he was such a lousy lay that I  should have been the one getting paid to keep it up. 

This is why I stick to good 420. I like to stay alive. The 420 does the trick. It is satisfying. 

My experience with PNP is limited to two friends.  It is not a good experience as both have become HIV positive due to risky behavior while high.

A provider is not your friend, your bud, or your pal. Certainly not an initial hire. The time for chit chat is after loads are shot and you're eating up the end of the session laying bed. MAYBE, after the appointment has been made in the initial conversation.
Lenghty chat, ie. gaining your "confidence, "  is a time tested con man technique.
We repeatedly hear providers refer to chatty clients as time wasters, and say it's a red flag. This holds true in both sides of the equation. If a provider engages in chat vs getting down to scheduling, it's a big red flag, and I'm moving on!

If I went to someone’s home, expecting to be alone with the person and see that other people are in the house without being told, I too would leave. It would not feel safe. It’s weird that you wouldn’t tell the therapist that you had a roommate or think that you should’ve. Would you have appreciated walking in to the masseur’s studio and encountering a roommate or spouse he failed to mention?

Well this topic thread took a turn. It kinda stinks. 

If you have time to casually announce that you’re going to cut the stilton, you have time to get up and use the restroom.  Nobody’s saying people don’t fart; just be respectful of other people.  It’s not your place to decide for others whether they should be ok with having to smell your rank internal organ odor.  Massage therapists didn’t sign up for that.
I’m still in total disbelief that the OP thinks it was the masseur’s reaction that killed the mood, and not his proclamation of flatulence.

the OP comes here regularly posting his ongoing complaints about his chosen profession & he knows the type of responses he will get.  My sense is at this point is he wants attention, not a solution to his issues. 
the other members continue to post mostly helpful suggestions, but also know that the OP won’t take any of their suggestions.  they are participants in the back/forth that they know will go nowhere.
you guys may as well just go back to the deposit thing again and beat that dead horse one more time.

No, I said “it appears that your operating model doesn’t work”, based on your own comments. I’m suggesting that using hotels as a venue is a fundamental flaw. Hotels aren’t going to change their operating model because the check out time clearly works for them (as in their whole operating model makes them money). But I guess most of their clients are using the hotel for the main purpose it’s intended rather than using it to host clients. I don’t think they’ll change how they operate to appeal to the travelling escort market so you have to adjust your expectations around what’s possible within their model unfortunately. 
Also I didn’t offer any solution because I know you don’t want suggestions (that’s based on experience).
