The initial answers are incorrect. The last few are correct. "Clean" is an ugly, outmoded word that meant "I do not have HIV or STDs," which means nothinIg except to make people with HIV into "dirty" people. Clean has been replaced with "Negative on PrEP"--and every sex worker who is negative SHOULD be on PrEP--or U=U, which means an HIV- positive person has a viral load that is considered "Undetectable" and therefore is "Untransmittable."
