I just found out about something called an e-sim. It's an electronic sim card. I downloaded the Airalo app, and then purchased my e-sim for a week, then renewed it. They have plans for 190 countries or something like that. Originally, I had a local sim installed in an old phone, but that all fell apart when I ran the update on the phone. From now on, I'm using the e-sim.

I think anything is ok on Grindr until someone reports it. I've seen "gen" and other catch phrases on Grindr. Once I made the mistake of saying something (can't remember now) and I got reported and banned. I had to beg them to let me back on (I was paying for Grindr Extra). In the US, Grindr is pretty worthless (at least where I live), but I just got back from Colombia, and I definitely got my money's worth there. It also works for me in Mexico. They were pretty up front if they were looking for money and I had no problems.

It is 97 in Philadelphia, but only feels like 98.

I think data/SMS messaging would be enough for me that trip. I’ll probably get my usual 30 day  ATT plan, but I need a simple plan like e-sim for a friend I’m flying in and joining me mid-trip.

I went to Guadalajara many years ago and met lots of guys. There was a cruisy park in the pedestrian part of the center near the large church. I was approached by guys. Not sure about how it works now, but Grindr is probably a better and easier way to meet guys. There's a huge gay scene there and it's a very large city, so I think your chances are good. I met a really hot soldier in the park (parque revolution) one night. Still think about him. Also saunas were quite active. I was staying in a hotel, but had no problems bringing guys back to my room. I'd like to go back and get an Airbnb.

The latest fad on Grindr seems to be getting tapped by someone who appears local, so you tap back and after about 15 minutes you get a message from the person apologizing for the delay, but he’s getting slammed with messages and suggests taking the conversation elsewhere and provides a number to text him. I throw the block on that immediately.
 
Now, if you really want to experience bots and cat-fishing, go on A4A. 99% of the messages are bogus. I had one guy message me whose profile said he was 6’6” tall, weighed 140lbs, and had a 39” waist. The pic was that of a good-looking, beefy guy.

1.But where can I get guaranteed action? Spartacus is closed. I saw somewhere there is another Bathhouse called Papi Chulo PV but not have seen many reviews.
.....this is true, I have not been to Papi Chulo so cannot comment, some reviews on the FB page mentioned below.

....there are some on RM.   Others have been mentioned in other threads on here, use the search function to locate.

......I did find some guys on GRINDR while I was there.  I don't think there are other similar apps for this region, but others may know more.

....yes, you'll need to seek these out.   There is a Turkish Hammam, you might have luck there.   There are also guys who advertise on some PV Gay websites.   There is a  Gay PV page on Facebook with lots of useful posts & discussion, check it out.  The sexual part will not be advertised publicly, you'll need to contact each masseur and confirm if they do sensual massage.
5. Some people mentioned about 'cruising', does that really works? I have some places shortlisted like Amaria Villas pool party, Los muertos beach, piñata hotel, elizabeth theater.
.....the Amaria Men's event is great, there was not open sex going on when I went.   A massage was included, and you could negotiate "extras" from the masseur (I did 😉).   There is also the Casa Cupula naked brunch Saturdays.   And the naked boat tours.  I did not see any open cruising spots, but I wasn't really looking for them either.  As with many things, I think a lot of this activity has moved online. 
PV is a very gay, openly sexual town.  By open sexually, many gay men are there on vacation and looking to hook up.  I don't think there is sex going on in public (except for the "private" events mentioned), but others may be more knowledgeable here.

Why is it that suggesting an Asian boyfriend brings up calls to watch your wallet? Yes, we have set up a system in Asia, mainly Thailand, where Asian men who would otherwise not get near you will have sex with you for money. That's the deal and you subscribe to it when and if you enter the market.
But to suggest that Asian men in general are out for your money is no truer than any other group of people. Eastern European? Hispanic? White? They all have gold diggers, but they are not the dominant representatives.

It’s very easy. I have multiple “hiring” accounts on Grindr. One of my accounts has a default pic of an atm, a safe, and a wallet. It gets the point across.

I've had good luck over the years with "Grindr (or previously Craigslist) looking for GEN.  Guys that would never invest the time and money in developing a RM profile, but who are just as much fun.  Yes, I've also been burned a time or two.  More risky now with all the new plagues floating around.  But there is just a certain thrill in finding the "diamond in the rough."
