Love sandals!! 3 weeks ago we were in a blizzard now it’s suddenly sandal weather! I normally wear sandal thongs but I just got myself my first pair of Birkenstocks!

I have thongs with built-in orthotic so I can wear them whenever I want (from Podiatrist!)

For warm weather I prefer something breathable but also somewhat protective like these:

And you can always “dress them up” a bit with low "no show" socks (of various colors and designs) underneath.

wondering if anybody here in the forum ever called those ultra-cheapy flip flops "go aheads"....my family always used this term when I was a kid (late 60s/70s).....clever name because you can't go backwards in them!!

I can't seem to walk in them. I like them on an attractive guy with well-groomed feet though. But lots of guys' feet are kind of busted up and unattractive.

 

People, if your big toe joint sticks out to the point your big toe and the metatarsal form a right angle get that bunion fixed before you're crippled!

If you look where you are going you won't see others' feet.

I love the Olukai brand of flip flops (which is what I wear about 98% of the time I'm wearing anything on me feet). Great arch support and very comfortable.
