Viagra or Cialis ?

I've tried both.

Viagra makes me rock hard no matter what - it's more effective at getting my dick hard- don't need any mental stimuli, it just gets hard.

Cialis makes me... "hungry" and is definitely more of a mental stimuli. It makes me a little bit hornier, but more than anything it makes me yearn for sex. It almost has an ecstasy-type effect for me. I will sometimes take a quarter of a pill and feel the mental effects for the next couple of days - checking Grindr/Scruff more often, touching my dick through my pants more, etc. I prefer Cialis because of this.

The online counterfeits are usually okay and arrive in 2 weeks. Sometimes they're a little weaker but not fakes.

 

If you can see a doctor I can't see why not getting the 20mg sidenifil tabs that have no patent and generics cost about 30 cents a tab. X5 =$1.50. Cheap as Indian counterfeits. Docs always give on request for 5 times normal dose.

 

20mg sidenafil's brand name is Revatio and its supposed to be for hypertension/high blood pessure. But docs will give it for ED if you ask. I dont think they are suppose to suggest it.

Everyone has their own level of risk they can tolerate....a subject that comes up often on these forum for a variety or circumstances.

You didnt read my whole post. While most do the counterfeits, I use and highly recomend the prescription 20mg Sildenfil tablets that are as cheap as the online pills. Unless someone can't afford a MD visit, I see no reason to use counterfeits when prescription pills are as cheap.

Because of its extended effect, Cialis can be taken daily on a low-dose basis. It's available in 2.5 and 5.0 mg. forms. The standard dose is usually 10 mg. The daily doses overlap to create a sustained effect. My insurance covers 6 pills a month, bizarrely without regard to dosage, so I get the 20 mg. and dissolve in juice to take 4-5 mg./day.

 

As to whether there is any practical reason to do that ... well, I guess I'm just a cockeyed optimist in that regard.

Every time I use it. Once I got worst most painful heartburn of my life and from then on either Nexium or Prilosec just before the Viagra. I usually use 120 mg of prescription Sildenafil on top of a Cialis I take each weekend.

I do too. I stack 100 mg. sildenafil and 5 mg. cialis. Great mix. No sides besides a little bit of blue vision.

Again, generic sildenafil in 20mg pills, made in the US from any local pharmacy with a MD's prescription is going to be as cheap as any online pharmacy.

 

Some online pharmacies require a doctor's prescription to be faxed in, some don't (like the offshore one that has phoned me every day for two years since my order from hundreds of different phone numbers....beware.) Almost all of them will be pills made in India or even Bangladesh. Some are ok strength, some are low strength, some are fake. I will say the online ones I've ordered without prescription have arrived. There's that much.

 

If the dr's appointment is an expense, some people have been known to photocopy their script and go to numerous pharmacies to get a year's supply.

 

Cialis is a whole different matter. That I get online because domestic is outrageous with no loophole.

Viagra and poppers are both vasodilators, so yeah, using them together can cause dangerously low drops in blood pressure. Thankfully the latter's effects wear off very quickly, but I know I've had at least one encounter where I almost passed out from using too much poppers and had to sit and wait for my BP to stabilize before getting up.

I've found that both Viagra and Cialis work best on an empty stomach and that includes no alcohol.
