Dinner Before or After?

My apologies if this has been asked here before, but if you are to include dinner as part of a meeting, is it typically before or after other encounters? Obviously whats for dinner would play a part of it, of course, but just curious if most prefer it before or after. Also, is the dinner time usually included in the time frame (in other words, if dinner is planned, is the hiring for 2 hours instead of 1) or is it typically considered off clock time -- communicated in advance, of course?

I am thinking of including this as part of my next connection. As always, thanks in advance for the responses! ~Lefty

I like to eat first. It's a nice way to get to know the escort and to ease any feelings of nerves that might occur. I am usually up for a cocktail afterward, and if the session goes well and there is chemistry, then the escort will very often want to join me, or he can head home...his choice.

If I eat with someone it's usually part of an extended session, or an overnight. So I will have some knowledge of them ahead of time. Do the deed, then have food.

I like wine with my meal. The likelihood of us both falling asleep is higher after a meal.

I remember with especial horror an experience in Orlando, where we had dinner then didn't have sex. No interaction at all--no cuddling, no fondling--even while together in a whirlpool tub.

I rarely “schedule” a dinner with an escort.

It’s WAY too much of a commitment for me.....

(and people wonder why I’m single....lol)

I can easily fuck someone of whom I am not fond....

but sit through an entire dinner together?

I REALLY have to like you.

So for me...it’s fuck first.

If I really like you...I extend a dinner invitation off the clock.

After dinner....if I still really really like you.....we go back

to my hotel and spend the entire night fucking, sucking,

kissing, and bonding on the clock.

It’s a formula that works well for me and helps me keep

from wasting time and money on men with whom I have no

connection.

I prefer some play time before eating, because a big meal introduces the risk that the post-dindin romp will be marred by lethargy and nappy feelings.

In Australian English [and British], the word 'nappy' (as a noun) is what Americans would call a diaper. I rarely have nappy feelings, although at times I feel as if I need a nap.

And in American English, it usually refers to the tightly kinked hair characteristic of blacks of African descent. I believe it is a pejorative expression but not sure.

I saw that in the Oxford definition, but it doesn't say 'pejorative'. And it shouldn't. We need terms that are descriptive of characteristics that happen to be associated with ethnic groups without them being considered to be slurs.

Blacks use it all the time to describe their hair. It's one of those words that it's best for whites to stay away from.

Yes to “Fuck First”, or @Tarte Gogo’s more elegant statement. As a client and total top, I defer to what escorts told me - bottoms prefer to get fucked on an empty stomach.

If that session was good and we bonded well over dinner, I’d invite them home afterwards. I dated a couple of bottoms who enjoyed getting fucked after dinner but others felt uncomfortable or wanted to douche first. I was always happy to have an oral-only session and be sucked off and see them swallow my load for dessert.

For me, it depends upon what is on the menu. I want to be certain to avoid items that could cause any sort of intestinal distress (gas, for example) or breath-affecting items that could come back to haunt an otherwise enjoyable close encounter of the right kind--even with copious use of toothbrush/toothpaste/mouthwash. Ethnic food (all kinds), spicy food, fried food, etc. can all be encounter-killers. If drinks or a meal is involved (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner) my rule is KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid).
