To all of those men who like to be anally invaded, there are steps to take: they follow.

 

1. Eat lightly the preceding day. Vegetables take about 12 to 18 hours to go through one's system; meat takes

at least 24 hours.

2. Skip breakfast on the day you will be taking the deep plunge.

3. Have a light lunch of proteins.

4. Eat a dinner of carbs-- rice or pasta.

 

I have followed the preceding steps in preparing my "special area" along with douching, but I do NOT eat heavy; most times I refrain from eating dinner prior to taking what the top has to render. I've been drinking liquids: water or juice or a shake. Many times I've dined afterwards or not eaten anything at all.

 

I received this information from a booklet regarding fisting. I think the same procedure can be used by those who favor "the bottom bunk" as well!

If I plan on bottoming on Friday night:

 

Thursday dinner: No fried foods, no Mexican, no hot dogs, no pizza, etc. Just a nice, balanced meal. Something along the lines of baked chicken, mashed potatoes and string beans.

Friday breakfast: Greek yogurt.

Friday lunch: Something light -- peanut butter and jelly sandwich or small turkey sandwich or cheese and crackers or pasta salad or even more yogurt.

Friday dinner: Skip dinner completely or just something like side serving of mashed potatoes and a roll.

 

It's not foolproof, but it usually does the trick.

Oh, come on. It's just not that hard. This is the sort of ritual a fisting bottom uses, but for plain ol' anal, it just isn't necessary. Take metamucil AM and PM the day before. Avoid things like popcorn and nuts. Hose out well.

What if the only time you can meet is in the morning, say 8-ish to 11-ish, not an overnight? What kind of meal schedule do you suggest? As an added complication, what if you normally have a morning "evacuation" after 8-ish?

Sorry to be so dense, Mike, but do you mean more or less fiber/fibre? I already get a fair amount daily from Fiber One cereal for breakfast. Except on the days of the morning appointments, that is. :p

Generally speaking, high fibre levels in the lead up to an appointment, but you need to get to understand how your bowels work. What does your regular diet do for you, what effect does extra dietary fibre have, what does a supplement like Metamucil do. Only you can know how all this works out. And no set of procedures is foolproof. If you read the forum widely you will find all sorts of comments on what to do, vegetarian, supplements, things to avoid and so on.

Try some of the suggestions others have made when you are NOT meeting an escort. Then have your own private session with your favorite dildo and see what works for you. Everyone's body and metabolism works differently.

I AM quite cognizant that the same regimen is used when a bottom receives a fist. ...thought it prudent to cite here for bottoms to receive a big DICK as well! We vary in opinions, I see! :):)
