In Masseurfinder's FAQ section, they explicitly state that since the listings are paid ads, the masseurs have control over what feedback gets used online. They receive notifications of feedback directly to their inbox, have the option to post it, and the option to respond to it.

I just successfully posted my first review on Masseurfinder. Although it was a bit of a hassle with wording restrictions, I wanted to give credit for my first great experience (only took two years and a slew of guys around the country.) It does seem, as noted above, that guys like this seem to fly under the radar compared to most, which is just fine for me since I'd prefer to have him all to myself going forward...ha! I saw this Travis recently and these pictures are not of him. He also was late to the appointment, and the massage was terrible. I believe he, as well as Jeff(the first guy linked above), are straight guys just exploiting gay men for money. I saw Jeff the same week as Travis and the experience was also bad. Filthy apartment, mechanical massage.

No, my 90 minutes was sold to me to include some extras, and even those were awful. He came across as an opportunistic straight guy exploiting gay men for money. His head was somewhere else the entire time.

I had a similar disappointing experience with Travis. Aside from him rescheduling and then being late to our appointment, I was further surprised to discover he was using someone else's pictures and that he does not know how to massage. He even admitted at the beginning of the session that he was not trained and was very mechanical with his few movements. He also scheduled me for 90 minutes and included my 30 minute wait time for him as part of that. I barely received a 60 minute session.
