BrazilianDOM Posted Wednesday at 04:38 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 04:38 PM Why would that be any of your business? If you don’t agree with how I choose to run my business, simply move on to the next option. There is absolutely no reason to harass or attack honest, hardworking people who are simply trying to make a living and support their families back home. Perhaps if you had experienced repeated last-minute cancellations and understood the financial impact they can have on a small, independent business, you might better understand why I require a 50% deposit. I intentionally choose to see only one client per day. That allows me to maintain my energy, stamina, and focus so I can give 100% to every person who invests their time and money in a self-care session with me. A deposit protects that commitment and encourages respect and accountability from both parties. What is genuinely disappointing is seeing people repeatedly go out of their way to leave unnecessary, hostile opinions on this and other posts of mine. I’m not deleting anything because I have nothing to hide and no reason to be ashamed of how I conduct my business. I sincerely hope some of the people leaving these comments eventually realize that there is a human being on the other side of the screen. Kindness costs nothing. Trying to damage or humiliate someone simply because you disagree with their business practices says far more about you than it does about them. If my services, prices, policies, or deposit requirements aren’t for you, that is completely fine. You have every right to choose someone else. Not interested? Simply move on or block me. Disagreement doesn’t require disrespect. Thank you. lerbut23 and pubic_assistance 2

There are premium, mid-range, and more accessible options in every market—it simply depends on what you’re looking for and what you feel like treating yourself to. The investment for a session with us can vary depending on several factors: length of the session, incall or outcall, duo or solo, and whether you’re looking for something simple or have special requests. If you’re genuinely interested, you’re welcome to inquire privately so we can discuss the options that best suit you. 📲 Text or WhatsApp: +1 646 235 5499 Instagram: @iccarus_flight Every review you see across our platforms is genuine. We take our work, reputation, and brand seriously, and maintaining that trust matters far more to us than making promises we can’t deliver. If you decide to book with us, you’ll understand the level of commitment, attention to detail, and exceptional care we put into every session. There are already enough people out there doing the bare minimum. We’ve chosen not to be among them. pubic_assistance 1

+ SirBillybob Posted Wednesday at 09:57 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:57 PM (edited) We give consumer feedback that can come across as uncensored. It’s one of the tradeoffs for advertising here. Sometimes a small group not pulling lowkey bitchy punches is somewhat representative of the larger client population, yet needn’t crash a business. It might actually be helpful to ascertain reactivity with a dose of skewering. Think of it as an ad campaign focus group that is not friends with the CEO. Personally, FWIW, although you have elaborated here on exclusivity representing client volume, a 14-point sales brochure that tries talking punters into the realm of luxury promised and screams going out of business sale at the end is not cutting it. The tone is desperate; if you think that input dehumanizes you, so be it. I’m only speaking to the ad framing and of course I’ll move on because my tastes and locales together are incompatible. I do know a touch, perhaps, after some 40 years as a related consumer, about what sells and what it costs (or should). I don’t have skin in the game regarding your ad, so take it as you will. I appreciate the constructive part of your feedback. I agree that luxury is generally communicated more effectively through restraint, confidence, and simplicity, and I’ll keep that in mind when refining the ad. That said, useful criticism doesn’t require ridicule or a dehumanizing tone. There is a meaningful difference between offering consumer insight and taking pleasure in “skewering” someone whose livelihood is being discussed. My intention was to communicate the value, care, and exclusivity behind my work—not desperation. If the execution didn’t convey that to you, that is fair feedback. Your preferences and experience are valid, even if they are not universal. Thank you for clarifying that your comments concern the advertising rather than me personally. I’ll take what is useful from them and leave the rest. thomas and pubic_assistance 2

When addressing someone personally, then NO. A critique shouldn't be dehumanizing. Unfortunately this forum is not directly addressing providers but rather discussing them with the assumption that they arent here. So the things that happen will be that escorts/masseurs will be discussed sometimes as more of a commodity and with less humanity. Any "dehumanizing" effect is a matter of the bluntness of that critique which may sometimes include ridicule for clumsiness in presentation. (Which is the case with BrazilianDOM). My suggestion to him/them is to either grow a thicker skin or find another career. No one is throwing stones to humiliate but rather bluntly commenting on the obvious failures of their marketing. To @BrazilianDOM - The majority of gentlemen here are opposed to deposits. So don't even bother to try and convince anyone otherwise or defend your opinion. Its been discussed here (ad nauseum) and the consensus is always AGAINST hiring anyone who asks for deposits. Don't take it personally, its just a matter of SO many advertising con-artists making the tactic untenable. LA90046, Muscle_Admirer, + JamesB and 3 others 1 5

+ SirBillybob Posted Saturday at 03:03 PM Posted Saturday at 03:03 PM (edited) Too often, there’s a large swath of marketing mere mortals circulating about, whose service delivery apparently ends up just phoned in. It’s not lost on me when one’s promotional voice has a little skewer built into it. Though it’s not bragging if it’s true. They must be unusually good if they are so awfully keen to point out their preferred conclusion, for our sage benefit, that others are less so. Why not just accept that they are uniquely caring and skilled, other than that undistinguished lot over there? Ads are so funny. It’s an everyday human function with or without the cuddle therapy or findom package option, not a scorched-earth debate tournament with throw pillows and one clear victor regarding surrogate intimacy expertise. Typical Posted Saturday at 07:01 PM Posted Saturday at 07:01 PM This really isn’t designed to be an advertising forum. I know that people do it and I’m unaware of any rules against, but the act invites a certain amount of ridicule. The more over the top ridiculousness of the sales pitch, the more ridicule it will unleash. If you think your business is singled out in this regard, let me introduce you to Yelp and Reddit. The deposit thing has been discussed ad nauseam. Probably 95% of deposit requests are linked to a scam attempt: I’ve never heard of one that wasn’t. That’s just an unfortunate reality. When you ask for a deposit you alienate a majority of potential customers. It’s not wise to send deposits with the current proliferation of fraud. Doing so is downright naive. Without deposits you will have some no shows. It’s the cost of doing business. Restaurants have to throw out unsold food. Retail establishments absorb theft. Hair salons try to fill no show slots with walk ins and sometimes can’t. The list goes on. It’s too bad, but, again, it’s realty. It’s a competitive market. You have to operate within the boundaries of the marketplace. Deposit requests are currently well outside those boundaries. pubic_assistance, Wickedsexy and + BOZO T CLOWN 1 1 1
Muscle_Admirer Posted yesterday at 03:50 AM Posted yesterday at 03:50 AM I have to say that CoM is simply not the right place for providers to advertise. Far too often it turns into exactly what we’re seeing in this thread: a provider getting defensive in front of potential clients, which ends up harming their own brand…usually unintentionally. The fact that these threads are public on the internet means the reach… and negative impacts may be unfathomable. My unsolicited suggestion is that providers treat CoM like a scalpel, not a mallet. Drop in occasionally to say hello to your fans, answer questions you’re comfortable answering publicly, and keep the actual advertising on the paid websites where it belongs. The few providers who remain consistently active here seem to have quickly learned that arguing with or disparaging a whole forum of clients is bad for both their mental health and their bottom line. + BOZO T CLOWN, + Vegas_Millennial and pubic_assistance 1 2
Typical Posted yesterday at 05:49 AM Posted yesterday at 05:49 AM There is an old saying, that I don’t fully support but understand directionally, that “The customer is always right”. Arguing with, or in front of, potential customers is a mistake every single time. No one owes you business and controversy sends people away, especially in NYC, where there are hundreds of alternatives If you provide good service that is value for money, you will get repeat clients and referrals and all will be well. If you imagine you provide $400 service but it’s subpar, you will sit in your studio alone creating new ad content to hopefully gin up business. The standoffish “you are picking on me” attitude isn’t going to help you at all in this town. Nobody cares about your business challenges. One of your biggest problems here is that a well known contributor to this forum indicates you accepted a deposit, didn’t take the appointment, and blocked him. Your response was uninspiring asking him to jump through hoops and prove he sent a deposit. I think he made a mistake by sending a deposit (never, ever, ever send a deposit!), but was that resolved? If not, why would anyone make an appointment with you? + BOZO T CLOWN, Connosieurhands and pubic_assistance 1 2

Fair point. My intention wasn’t to diminish other providers or declare myself the sole authority on intimacy. I was explaining the level of care and commitment I personally bring to my work, although I can see how some of the wording may have sounded overly competitive. Marketing naturally highlights what someone believes distinguishes their service, but ultimately the experience—and the clients’ genuine feedback—speaks more convincingly than any advertisement. I appreciate the perspective. Greg250 1
