I use the flip side of this strategy.  I have the escort book the room on Dayuse (I reimburse him, of course) and if it's an escort who hasn't met me before I meet him in the lobby or on the street before he checks in to confirm that I'm there.  

Dayuse is a godsend.  In the old days, the escort would have to book the hotel for the night and, once booked, it had to be paid for, so my first time meeting an escort I would sit with him in a coffee shop, gave him the money for the hotel and wait for them to book it on their phones.   It was not an efficient process.

Dayuse is a good alternative, anything is better than not being able to host at all.

However I don’t think dayuse is fool proof because I booked a room on it last month or so, and the client flaked out. I ended up having to cancel the room but I was within the time limits. But still, I don’t like having to book and cancel regardless. Next time I won’t do it again without a deposit, as I’ve been messed around in the past by booking hotels to host clients, and then they either don’t show or cancel after I’ve paid for it.
 

What I normally do now is have most all new clients who want me to host, arrange a deposit towards the session. That’s the only way I can know for sure and have something on hand to work with.

Well like I say, when you’re dealing with non-escorts, who knows. I personally only do it 2 ways: deposit in advance from client, or meet in person and then collect the arrangement prior to booking the hotel.

Keep in mind, dayuse does not work nor is available in every city. In small towns, it’s almost non existent. And even medium sized cities, you’re almost better off to book a room for the night. The dayuse rate sometimes runs the same as what it would be on a 3rd party app, but of course it’s much more flexible with day use as 3rd party apps never like to give refunds for prepaid cancellations. 

There’s so many strategies to the hotel game, and I’ve tried most all of them: but the best one for me is loyalty/points, friends and family, and 3rd party booking apps. To me dayuse is almost counter productive because many times you’re paying for the cost of what a room elsewhere would be for the night. Once I get into a hotel, I don’t want to unpack or rush out in 4 hours. To me that’s the #1 caveat with hotels, and if I can mitigate that by getting late checkout with a familiar brand, I’d rather do that. 

However: escort versus client, dayuse may work better for clients and I still occasionally refer clients to that if they can’t host and neither can I. But as an escort, I’m trying to maximize my time in a hotel so that’s counterproductive.

I think a lot of these issues come down to who you are hiring.

A number of years ago I had a bucket list of two very hot gentleman, I mentioned it on this site, and one of the very hot gentleman messaged me and said you need to book me.

we chatted for a while, he will living in Bali - and I was travelling to Bali so I suggested a date, he said yes that works but lets have a chat on messenger.  We organised that , talked for over 1 hour I had initially mentioned that I was interested in either a 3 hour or 5 hour time frame.  He successfully upsold me to an overnight, and while I was happy to host at my resort condo, he was 1 hour away, and mentioned that I would need to pay for his travelling time, and it might be better if I got a room near to him.

I agreed, and found a great 1 bedroom villa with a pool, overlooking a river and canyon for about $120 for the night.

So I travelled up , had a swim, relax, late lunch, and got ready for our evening.

He turned up - was hotter in person that his pics, we had some hot fun, got some dinner delivered, drank single malt - which he had mentioned in his bio as his fav drink, and one I also like, smoked some cigars - again in his bio and I do love a good cigar.

As the villa terrace was private, we spent time making out in the big bed, and on the terrace, day bed in the moonlight, slept for a few hours, had great morning fun and he left,  having one the 12 hours promised.  I had a swim lay in the sun, with a big smile on my face, checked out and returned to my resort.

He was very well reviewed both on Daddy's when there were reviews and on Rentmen, I call it due diligence, don't go into complicated arrangements with the hottest new face or body on a site, go with those that are reviewed well, and trust your gut on your communication.
