Yes and he had Leuwi (sp?) Body Syndrome for over 7 years since diagnosis in 2018. A colleague of mine had it and in the final stages it is awful. 

He revolutionized television and the way news is presented. For that he will be remembered a long time. 
 

He also gave freely of his money to some great causes like the environment. 
 

Probably one of the top 100 influential people of the 20th century. If not now will be seen so eventually.
