EZEtoGRU Posted Thursday at 11:15 PM Posted Thursday at 11:15 PM I broke down and had a Big Arch Meal at my local Michigan McDonald's today. Tax included, the combo with a medium drink and fries cost $10.80. It certainly is large as it has two Quarter Pounder beef patties, a new special sauce, pickles, shredded lettuce, white cheddar cheese, and both raw onion rings as well as french fried onions (like the kind you put in green bean casserole). It was ok. Nothing to write home about and I wouldn't be compelled to rush out and order it again. In typical McDonald's fashion, the beef patties were overcooked and there was too much shredded lettuce on the burger. The french fried onions were an interesting add but they were over-powered by the raw onion rings that were included. You will definitely have onion breath after eating this burger. My understanding is that this new offering is meant to be temporary unless it becomes wildly popular...in which case it could become a permanent menu addition. I predict it will be available at your local McDonald's on only a temporary basis. How McDonald's Big Arch burger compares to Big Mac + azdr0710, + claym, + Lucky and 1 other 3 1

Wouldn’t entice me to eat it though or at McDonald’s in any event. + Pensant 1

Nothing unhealthy about seed oils: "Some wellness influencers warn against consuming seed oils, blaming them for a range of health problems and characterizing them as toxic. Scientific studies consistently show otherwise." https://publichealth.jhu.edu/2025/the-evidence-behind-seed-oils-health-effects + Vegas_Millennial 1
