First time advice please (London)

Hi. I haven’t hired before and so looking for some advice please. I know what I’m looking for (although haven’t found it yet) but I’m quite specific on the experience I want (nothing too unusual, I think it’s described as boyfriend experience, but I want it through to, erm, completion). 
Which are the best sites to use? Are the reviews real? How specific are you when hiring? How do I know how long to book for? Do I pay before or after? 

As background I’m mid 40s time poor and don’t have time or mental capacity to deal with Grindr. Basically I want a ‘sure thing’ with someone I really fancy at a time convenient to me. But I don’t want to waste my time or money…

Try RentMen. Ask for what you want, don’t be coy. Usually you pay afterwards. The duration depends on your budget, but beware, if you book 3 or 4 hours and for some reason you find you don’t find him compatible after half an hour and want to curtail it he will expect full payment. Best to book someone for an hour, see what he’s like and then book a longer session next time. It’s highly likely that you’re going to have some trial and error with this. There’s no such thing as a ‘sure thing’. Don’t go into it with that expectation.

My one piece of advice as a relative novice myself.is to book two hours. You want to be able to go slowly, get comfortable with each other, and not feel rushed.  As for the other particulars,  I'll leave that to the experts,  as toppings or bottoming isn't part of my menu.

If you search the site (top right of the page, make sure you select 'Everywhere' in the drop down at the right of the search box) you'll find other threads with advice for new hirers, mostly it will be in the Questions About Hiring forum. You're asking about London, and the advice will be slighty different because of the different legal status of hiring from that in the US. I would suggest you take note of what @Jamie21 says. As has already happened, people may offer specific hiring suggestions for London.
