This has been discussed in other threads.  In Spain and many LatAm countries, you have black and blond.  Moreno is black or very dark brown whereas rubio is any shade lighter than very dark brown.

That’s odd as on my RentMen app the DM works for him

I don't know of a Rentmen 'app,' and according to the AI on Chrome (which isn't always correct but which I think is in this case), there isn't one. many providers do not offer a phone number to cut down on dozens of daily inquiries/texts that won't go anywhere  ......a serious client presumably won't mind sending a message with initial chat ensuing....if the provider senses a serious client, he'll offer a phone number........

My mistake. You can message him through the rent.men website. I thought you had to use the 'plus' sign to message. You don't. There's a text bubble to press above the 'plus' sign. Mea Culpa.

I noticed that too. Probably a language barrier, since he's not even remotely blonde. Thanks to @azdr0710 for the explanation of "Güero". THAT would explain the other examples where providers with dark brown hair describe themselves as 'blond". I guess the translation means light skin, not light hair.
