I was baffled lol… he seemed excited to top me and when I said I wasn’t interested in that but wanted mutual oral, his entire demeanor changed and he said I could suck him, but for him to suck would be $150 extra (he didn’t use that language; he gave a rate that was $150 more than what he had quoted).

Ok, the upcharge makes more sense now lol. That was a key part left out. Considering the "Ask Me" under 'Position' and 'Orientation' categories he's the "open-minded," "straight" guy that is fine with Top roles, just not bottom, servicing roles...which is extra. 

That aside, he should've reviewed and remembered what was agreed on before you arrived.

All that said, the context (which I did or at least intended to give) was that he was a last-second hire and we had not communicated about which activities we would do, and in fact he said we had discussed him topping me when in reality our only prior communication was inquiring his location/availability and rate.  So there was really nothing for him to review/remember.

Yeah, I understand. It was all a last minute rush pretty much so nothing was discussed before meeting. 

In general I personally avoid "Ask Me" providers since it general means very minimal things and lots of "a la carte" tiers.
