If possible, I'd recommend scheduling a longer session (2+ hours). Just helps to make it a bit more relaxed and less rushed with three people. Of course if you're bottoming, you should prepare yourself for that. To me that means eating more fiber and if that's not easy taking Metamucil or a similar fiber supplement. Certainly with two dicks, you may want to be extra clean down there.

I also think it's good to start off with  just a little drink and conversation. Doesn't need to last too long but it can kind of help everyone know their wants/limits. I personally love being vers in a threesome and truly enjoy being fucked and fucking at the same time but I had an awkward situation one time where one of the guys actually didn't want to bottom so we kind of had to stop in the middle of it and adjust.
