To clarify, you mean providers who have already taken one or more loads in their ass not long before they start an appointment with a client, correct? Or moreso in general for hookups? In my mind, they are two different things, with different norms and expectations around each.

In my experience clients are divided on this. The minority really love the idea of a guy being pre-loaded, the more cum (volume) and the greater number of loads, the better. The majority are grossed out by the thought, either from a risk management standpoint or just generally the idea of their man not being “clean”, or being someone’s leftovers or sloppy seconds/thirds/etc.

No judgment from me. I’ve entertained the whole spectrum as a top and as a bottom and get into it all from clean and virginal to slutty and multi-loaded. Cum is the best lube IMHO. Default scenario is for me to be squeaky clean, or if I’m topping for the client to not have any activity before meeting me. It would be quite unusual for a client to request me be pre-loaded or for the client to be pre-loaded, but I know this is a thing.

I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts and see if my pulse on client sentiments is correct or off. I imagine most of you will not be into it, but a few will really like it. Based on the title, that's what I thought. Upon reading the entire post I realized this was referring to a guy who had taken several loads.

I will weigh in on the side of "I prefer squeaky clean".  And when I say that I mean the total package.  Inside, Outside, and Breath.  And what I expect of others I also provide myself - you know the Goose and Gander approach.   I have encountered providers that book back to back and dont take the time to freshen up.  I have encountered providers that believe that their body odor is an aphrodisiac to everyone. Or others that believe that smoking does not impact the scent of body parts and body fluids.     None of that is an interest of mine.   

I do recognize that there are guys that like "pre-loaded" or body odor or cigar play.  All that is well and good and I always wish them well.  

When I approach a provider I try to be very explicit in my expectations and if it is apparent that they are not met, I do discuss with them immediately.  I have requested some to actually shower before we play....and to my surprise more than 50% have refused to with the reason that it is "not their preference".  The session ends.  

I think my main theme is that both the client and the provider need to be honest about what they expect to show up and how they will show up.  Makes for more enjoyable encounters.

Notwithstanding all the divided opinions, how does a bottom really pull this off with a provider (assuming the provider is the top)? Practically speaking, how do they keep everything in place without awkward leaks? Is it all about next-level muscle control or strategic clenching? Gravity alone seems like a challenge—walking, sitting, or taking a car ride would make it tricky. Maybe they use a discreet plug or snug clothing, but even then, the timing has to be perfect. Do they lie down after the last encounter or just embrace some messiness?
