Yep. He doubled his rates at the last minute, stole a deposit, then ghosted the guy. Only came on here to apologize after threatening the guy that warned everyone about him. He came in here and “ apologized “ after he saw it was killin his income. I thought the guy let him off easy by accepting 100 out of 500 returned, but whatever, that’s his business.  I also had him flake on me. He’s a risk but maybe he’s trying to turn it around. I’m not taking the chance.

I took down the thread cuz  he did what I asked, which was to take accountability, offer a sincere apology, and make restitution.  He did all those things, so I let him off the hook. I  Wish Theo good luck on proving he’s going to do better going forward. You guys can use your own judgement on whether he’s worth giving another chance to.
