And the sentence is.........

228 months (19 years).

There is one caveat to the above sentence. The judge agreed to give additional credit to Wolf for the 15 months he served under harsh conditions at MDC. He did not specify how much credit. However, if he grants the defense request of one day of additional credit for each day served, that would reduce Wolf's sentence by 30 months (15 months served plus 15 months additional credit). Also, if Wolf keeps his nose clean in prison, he would only have to serve 85% of his sentence. That would reduce his sentence by another 34.5 months. So suddenly, a 19-year sentence means Wolf gets out in about 13.5 years. His release date would be early April, 2039, just when Wolf will be celebrating his 58th birthday.

The court session, which ended around 3:30 PM, turned out to be an all day affair. Bozo wanted to post the news here first. COM deserves the scoop 🙂. Bozo will provide his usual scintillating commentary and brilliant insight, as no one else can, in a subsequent post. It will detail what actually happened inside of the courtroom, including the reasons the  judge provided for his sentence, and the reactions. Bozo took pages of notes.
There were no visible friends or family of Wolf in the courtroom to hear the sentence. Surprisingly, there were also no members of the media present in the courtroom. There were two other spectators in the gallery. Perhaps COM members who may want to chime in?

I read the prosecutor's sentencing request.  If you read their earlier court submissions, I'm not sure that anything in it is different.  Yes, it's all quite disgusting but I don't think there are any new revelations in the sentencing request so if you're curious as to just how depraved "Austin Wolf" is and you read the earlier materials you don't need to read the latest court documents.

I do wonder whether Co-conspirator-1 (CC-1), so far not named, is another well known porn performer or some person none of us would know once named.

I read also he received 10 years of post release supervision, sort of like state parole, that will be served after prison. He'll have to attend sex offender counseling and have any internet use monitored. He also will have to obtain a real job as full time employment is required.

There was no clue as to the identity of CC-1. Although, it seemed almost certain that it wasn't Wolf's husband. For those who didn't read the government's filing, CC-1 was the other adult in the room during the crime that Wolf pleaded guilty to - enticement of a minor for sex. Both Wolf and CC-1 were involved in what can only be described as grotesque sexual behavior involving this 15-year old. That's about all Bozo can say on this, because, even though the details of the crime are in the public domain, and the judge described the crime with specificity in his sentencing, this site has rules governing discussion of child sexual abuse.
The government assured the judge that CC-1 was given no promises for his cooperation with the prosecutors, and charges against him are being investigated.
