And the sentence is.........

228 months (19 years).

There is one caveat to the above sentence. The judge agreed to give additional credit to Wolf for the 15 months he served under harsh conditions at MDC. He did not specify how much credit. However, if he grants the defense request of one day of additional credit for each day served, that would reduce Wolf's sentence by 30 months (15 months served plus 15 months additional credit). Also, if Wolf keeps his nose clean in prison, he would only have to serve 85% of his sentence. That would reduce his sentence by another 34.5 months. So suddenly, a 19-year sentence means Wolf gets out in about 13.5 years. His release date would be early April, 2039, just when Wolf will be celebrating his 58th birthday.

The court session, which ended around 3:30 PM, turned out to be an all day affair. Bozo wanted to post the news here first. COM deserves the scoop 🙂. Bozo will provide his usual scintillating commentary and brilliant insight, as no one else can, in a subsequent post. It will detail what actually happened inside of the courtroom, including the reasons the  judge provided for his sentence, and the reactions. Bozo took pages of notes.
There were no visible friends or family of Wolf in the courtroom to hear the sentence. Surprisingly, there were also no members of the media present in the courtroom. There were two other spectators in the gallery. Perhaps COM members who may want to chime in?

I read the prosecutor's sentencing request.  If you read their earlier court submissions, I'm not sure that anything in it is different.  Yes, it's all quite disgusting but I don't think there are any new revelations in the sentencing request so if you're curious as to just how depraved "Austin Wolf" is and you read the earlier materials you don't need to read the latest court documents.

I do wonder whether Co-conspirator-1 (CC-1), so far not named, is another well known porn performer or some person none of us would know once named.

I read also he received 10 years of post release supervision, sort of like state parole, that will be served after prison. He'll have to attend sex offender counseling and have any internet use monitored. He also will have to obtain a real job as full time employment is required.

There was no clue as to the identity of CC-1. Although, it seemed almost certain that it wasn't Wolf's husband. For those who didn't read the government's filing, CC-1 was the other adult in the room during the crime that Wolf pleaded guilty to - enticement of a minor for sex. Both Wolf and CC-1 were involved in what can only be described as grotesque sexual behavior involving this 15-year old. That's about all Bozo can say on this, because, even though the details of the crime are in the public domain, and the judge described the crime with specificity in his sentencing, this site has rules governing discussion of child sexual abuse.
The government assured the judge that CC-1 was given no promises for his cooperation with the prosecutors, and charges against him are being investigated.

Correct. The 10 years of post-release supervision "with special conditions" include:

• Wolf must allow the probation department to install software monitoring in all of his electronic devices
• Wolf must submit his DNA to government authorities
• Wolf must attend post-prison mental health and sexual offender programs
• Wolf is forbidden from accessing, viewing, sharing, and downloading child pornography.

There may be more "special conditions." That will be determined by the probation department.

Wolf was also hit with a $40,000 fine. However, as was pointed out by the government a few times, Wolf's income was in excess of $100,000 monthly. Yes monthly. So he is more than capable of paying this fine, even after his legal fees are paid. Wolf will also be required to pay restitution to his victims. The judge gave the government an additional 90 days to obtain their names so restitution can be awarded to as many as can be identified.

No additional details on time served credit.

I knew Wolf made bank but didnt' realize it would be $100k/month. Wow. Yes he can pay easily afford the fine and hopefully he will be able to pay all the victims. 

In the prosecutor's sentencing request, all the evidence was mainly from early 2024. Imagine how many other victims there have been throughout all these years.

I was watching a YouTube interview of a popular Only Fans performer a few months ago, a guy who calls himself LetsEatCakeXx aka Kaden Hylls.  If I recall correctly, he said he made about $70,000/month as a content creator.  He is obviously a well known porn performer but I'm not sure that he ever did studio porn like Wolf so I was a bit surprised he was able to pull in that kind of money by creating porn.  It's obviously a lucrative career, albeit not necessarily a long-term one, for those who have a look and demeanor that attracts subscribers.

There is so much about this that I can't (and don't want to) imagine.

I'm sorry that he made these terrible choices, and I'm sorry for the victims who suffered because of it.

Even if he survives his incarceration - he's life is basically over.

At his sentencing on Monday, Wolf, thru his attorneys, requested to be able to serve his time at the Seagoville Federal Correctional Institute. 
Seagoville is a "low security" prison. It is one of the handful of federal prisons that offers sex offender management programs. It is in Seagoville, Texas, which is near Dallas. It is very close to where Wolf was born, and where his mother, father, sister, beloved aunts, and extended family still reside. Wolf's attorney explained that at Seagoville, his family and friends would be able to visit him regularly. This type of prison does not house violent, hardened criminals. Since there is a concentration of sex offenders at Seagoville, one would assume that Wolf would not be targeted because of the nature of his crime.
The judge told Wolf's attorneys that he will ask the federal Bureau of Prisons to grant Wolf's request. That decision ultimately is not in the purview of the judge, but his recommendation does carry a lot of weight. Bozo is betting that Seagoville is where Wolf will end up.
Seagoville is where Josh Duggar, TV reality star, is currently serving a 12.5 year prison sentence for possession and distribution of CSAM.

Wolf's race has nothing to do with this. NOTHING! If he were black would you call him "black trash"? 
Given the nature of Wolf's crimes, there are plenty of insults and derogatory terms that would be legitimate and fair game. Playing the race card by demonizing an entire group of people for the actions of one is contemptible.

That’s a lot for a middle aged man. He will be a senior when he gets out. And a pensioner when he is free of his post jail supervision.

He'll end up wherever he ends up.  Nobody is beyond redemption, but he's a predator and even as a senior citizen he could still be a predator.  I hope the various programs work for him, but my primary concern is how his victims will move on after his abuse.  I still think a 19 year sentence is not enough for the nature of the crime.
