Gant's Linkedin page shows that he moved back to Missouri at the end of 2024 (which explains why he didn't show up for Wolf's guilty plea last week). He worked for Mercedes-Benz in suburban St. Louis for a while. His LinkedIn now indicates that he is "OpenToWork".
Gant acted as Wolf's consigliere. In addition to being Wolf's husband, Gant did publicity, marketing, and was his chief advisor.
Now that Gant's husband/cash cow will be incarcerated for 10 years to life, it appears that Gant has moved on to a simpler life, out of the limelight.....

Just catching up. There will definitely be jail time but I guess we'll know on Sept 9th on how many years. Some folks on here thought he was taking steroids so if he did, I'd imagine he probably looks thinner/smalller nowadays.

My type is definitely cute ( or handsome) and muscular/ very fit although they don't  necessarily need to be 'young'. In fact mid 30's is great for me. But there is definitely a broad overlap in our tastes. 
 

 I may however differ from a lot of people on here. Nah...I like it down n dirty when I'm with a same-sex partner. THAT is part of my attraction to men. They are far more inclined to enjoy a rough pig fucking than most women do.

I like providers who know how to do "naughty". Obviously "Austin" Wolfe's b.f. would be well familiar with the down-n-dirty. His RM ad states his age as 30 years old. But according to his LinkedIn account, he worked at the St. Louis Opera House as a wardrobe and makeup technician in 2010. Assuming he wasn't a 15-year old employee of the St. Louis Opera House, he is much closer to 40 years old than 30.

Bozo attended today's hearing at Federal Court. Sadly, the only ones in the gallery were Bozo and a female reporter from the NY Post. The proceedings began with a lot of legal discussion between the judge and the attorneys.  When they finally got down to the charges, Wolf pled (or is it pleaded?) guilty to the one count of "enticement of a minor (15-years old) for oral sex".  In exchange, the government agreed to drop, or at least set aside, the other charges. The judge explained that with a guilty plea, Wolf will face a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years + 5 years supervised probation. Maximum sentence is life. The federal sentencing guidelines call for a sentence of 188 months - 235 months for this crime; however, the judge has the discretion to sentence Wolf from anywhere between the 10-year mandatory minimum to the maximum of life in prison. There was also a fine, and forfeiture of certain assets.
Wolf will also have to register as a sex offender. 

At the point where the judge asked Wolf to explain why he was guilty, Wolf started to read a statement (likely written by his attorneys) - contacting the minor, engaging in the act, etc., Wolf broke down and started crying uncontrollably.

The actual sentencing will take place on September 29th. Between now and then, there will be a report from the Department of Probation, and both sides will make their written arguments to the judge on suggestions for sentencing.

If the judge follows the sentencing guidelines, Wolf will be around 60 or more when he is released.

For 2422(b) I thought it would be 10 to life, with upward variance from mandatory minimum 10 according to aggravating factors and downward variance from option of life according to mitigating factors, so I wouldn’t hazard a guess. 

It’s also actually unclear to me if in-person sexual interaction occurred between the age-15 minor and Smith and/or a third party. And I believe that is a state charge never imposed. That (if) it did transpire seems to me to be an aggravating factor (Smith losing points) for sentencing as proxy for unimposed sexual assault charges, and that (if) it didn’t it seems to me that it would not be a mitigating factor (gaining points) because it would be absurd to imply it’s commendable to not having fucked the minor whose intended enticed role established by Smith was to be fucked.

I gather the guilty plea is a mitigating factor but I suspect it does not yield downward sentencing variance from 10 but could yield downward variance from life. To me, it seems there are layers of cart-horse variables and I don’t know the algorithmic sequencing of such factors.

Base offense level 28 is up to 8 years sentence with lowest rank of criminal history, and criminal history hierarchy can escalate sentence length but I think his rank is I (lowest). 

Offense level points can be added to 28 according to Part G commencing page 204, but I don’t think he meets the criteria for many more offense points. That said, perhaps computer use in the crime as a factor adds about 2 years due to offense level rise to level 30, so it seems that is consistent (coincidentally?) with the mandatory min of 10 years. I think it’s the add-on points to 28 that are the unknown.

I might bet on 7-10 years minus time served, then probation, the factor of sentence serve proportionality for parole/ probation eligibility you mentioned, and cash fine.
