Because if you look a certain way, you can make a lot of money there, very quickly.

DXB has the cash and they spend it.  Spending $20k on a weekend fling is absolutely nothing for wealthy Emiratis.

It looks like a glucose monitor, but it might not mean he's a diabetic.  Some athletes are starting to use them for biofeedback in training and performance situations.  A trainer at my gym has been wearing one for the last few weeks as he prepares for an Ironman triathlon.

If he does come to US that Michael Lucas-looking shot in a cap won't help. And he needs to avoid those full-face shots that Clearview is collecting and selling to Immigration for facial recognition at airports. My guess is he's not EU passport.
