I think it’s time for another physique update for the forum Vin Marco Muscle Lovers!!!

It's only been four days  since my last progress photo update 🙂

I have however made some progress in the desired direction..  generally speaking,  when I'm on a diet prep, I weigh myself on Mondays and I take progress photos but at this point, I'm also doing it on Fridays to see what kind of eating day Saturday will be ( high carb workout day or a "re-feed day" that includes a free meal of my choice; typically a burger 🍔 fries 🍟 and a beer 🍺 but it all really depends on how flat my muscles have become from a lack of glycogen and or how much body fat I have dropped or not dropped 😂 ) I did take some photos today after a back workout. You really wanna see 👀? 😂

No worries Danny!  Monday and Friday photo updates are absolutely fine!   However if you did take photos today you can certainly share them with me!  👀😍💪👿

I think the maroon tank top was taken the day before yesterday and the other two were taken this morning after my back workout:

Thank you. All these photos are recent, last couple of days actually . A little backstory..... I got off to a slow start with this diet prep... when I came home from the East Coast, I came down with Covid. It was my first time. I had outrun it for years and it finally caught me so as soon as I was tested negative I started my diet prep. I was in bed for a couple of weeks, not exactly, a running start but now all cylinders are firing and then some.  I've never been this heavy this lean. In about a month I'll be at what I believe to be my all time best with respect to size, symmetry and conditioning. I'm excited about Columbus next week where I'll still be on my diet and excited for Southern California for that photo shoot at Blacks Beach and after that I will be visiting with folks, lots of folks 🙂

Those three photos are fantastic.  Well, I should rephrase.  The photos are just images.  The PHYSIQUE they show us is what's fantastic.  The third one is the best – shoulders and upper legs are off the chart.

And "Samoa."  You mean where Saul Goodman got his law degree?  [That is a test.]

Sure is buddy 😜 Saul doesn't have a firm grasp on the Sāmoan language so I suspect he must have caught someone fucking a chicken to pass the bar and obtain a "law degree" 📜 Where as for me,  I grew up around it and an more than proficient... my hoodie always makes people look twice even in Scotland, where this photo was taken. 🤣

It's so strange to me that people feel the need to be so randomly mean to others on the Internet for no apparent reason.  Especially to good people......

I met Danny many years ago and aside from his amazing looks, he was very kind to me and had a charming personality.  Truly a good guy.

It's because all of Vin Marcos posts are AI generated. It's very off putting. it's clear it's chatgpt and he probably uses the prompt: make it erudite. make it kind. So his erudition and his kindness are AI generated, so it's misleading and false advertising. He clearly had a real roid rage reply with makeup from chatGPT directed through a client in this very thread. He comes across as a meathead using GPT trying to come across as erudite- but if you want to really try to impress, try grad school, try opening a non profit, etc, if you want to impress. Using chatgpt to appear educated or kind won't do it.

What evidence do you have that any of Vin’s posts are AI generated? None. I know Vin well and I can tell you that he is as articulate in person as he is online.  He is very well read and speaks several languages. Yes, I count Vin as one of my good friends. He can hold his own in conversation with anyone from a janitor to a high ranking member of the judicial system at a dinner party. I’ve have been with him when he has done so. He is a wonderful addition to any dinner party.

By the way, I am a successful attorney who  can spot insecure, angry, jealous people who revel in schadenfreude, a mile away. I pity you.
