I saw him very recently, and I will say that he is in top shape. If you are looking for a well-rounded muscle stud, you can't go wrong with Danny.

I can also say from recent personal experience that Danny is a multifaceted pleasure. I have spoken on and off over the years and he exceeded any expectations that I had beforehand. He is a joy to get to know, and I’m very glad that I finally had the opportunity to converse and interact with this light of a person.
  3. Always impressed by you @Vin_Marco 😛😉
  4. I mean am i surprised you can leg press almost half a ton with ease.... nope 😁
  5. @Vin_MarcoMaxing the machine out on leg day
  6. Thanks everyone, definitely enjoying Thursday with friends and family on that day. Just finished a good ole 860 calorie HIIT 1 hour workout tonight and planning to do some strength training tomorrow before heading south. Definitely burning it before enjoying it.
  7. I would say having a dad who is a type 2 diabetic on ozempic the biggest issue I see is diabetics who actually need the medication for it’s initial purpose cannot find it at their local pharmacies. While people who are taking it to lose the extra 10 to 20 lbs are taking up the supply in the suburban areas. It’s sad seeing someone who actually need the medication has to travel almost 2 hours just to find his prescription, while upper class gay men who have contacts are taking this medication instead of adjusting their diet or even just change their exercise routine and talking about taking ozempic like it’s taking a multivitamin. That’s the main reason why I am trying to change my habits now, I have family members who have health issues like this on both sides and I don’t want to rely on these types of medication that we don’t know the overall long term effect’s especially if it’s not it’s initial purpose. Just my viewpoint based on the scope of the world I live in.
  8. Thanks @Vin_Marco also, as far as supplements what are some of the things you would recommend? Right now I mainly do a men's multivitamin and collagen peptides, and every now and then I do apple cider vinegar gummies.
  9. Thanks for the feedback @Vin_Marco I think I will at least stay active on the exercise and gym front during this time of the year for 5 days a week minimum , and try to at least try not to indulge outside of my planned social settings like thanksgiving dinner etc. I think at least doing some running and rowing challenges will help at least to stay focused on the gym side during the holidays before they get packed with New Year’s resolution people.
  10. Couldn't agree more @Vin_Marco I just need to get more focus on the overall goal.
  11. Roger that. 😁 May have to ask for more advice about supplements as well. May want to start that before the New Year kicks off.
  12. I appreciate the feedback, friend. That is a very good point just like any goal in life there may be other obstacles or responsibilities that I will have to manage in order to achieve a set goal. Go hard or go home 😁
  13. We’re approaching Thanksgiving and Christmas and all other holiday festivities this time of the year. What’s your go to tips to staying on track during this time of the year. Visiting my family in the past usually doesn’t allow me to stay in my normal routine of working out or meal schedule so any advice is helpful!
  14. Life's too short to see the glass half empty most of the time.
  15. Matt Bomer is playing one of the leads in the mini-series that comes out this month on Showtime, but I definitely want to read it first before watching.
  16. I actually just finish listening to Britney Spears memoir. “The Women in me”. She writes about every part of her career and the conservatorship, and I don’t wish that on my worst enemy. Leading up to that situation occurring, you can tell that her dad was controlling every part of her life in a mentally abusive way, possibly due to generational patterns of various levels of abuse as well. It’s an excellent read or listen to finally her side of her entire career and personal life.
  17. The more positivity in the world, the better.
  18. Best in the biz, Danny! 😉😘
  19. Pandemic @Vin_Marco was a beast, literally giving no excuses for staying active during that time. Kept me motivated for sure.
  20. Looks like fun. Plus giving Dwanye Johnson vibes... 😁
  21. Congrats, Danny, on your hard work. You always know how to push yourself and exceed your goals. I hope you enjoy every second of Europe.
  22. Looking good my friend. Did you get another leg tat?
  23. First off sharing taking those steps of going to therapy to acknowledge how to deal with issues of depression, trauma, self-esteem, and anxiety is a very important first step. I have also recently taken my first step of going to therapy again after a 4-year hiatus of attending a session for very similar issues. Based on my experience with therapy, as long as you are not conducting any harm towards yourself and another person you should be able to share your experience in life: however I don't know how you and your relationship with your therapist are but sharing that part of your life should only be based on you and your relationship with the therapist. Be proud that you are taking those important steps for your mental health.
