Moderator's Note

This would be a good time to return to the topic of the thread, the merits or otherwise of San Diego as a city in which to work as an escort or masseur, and to stop the two-way sniping at other members who have posted in the thread. And no, one way sniping is not okay either.

So let it be written, so let it be done....

Admittedly feeling somewhat bamboozled , my response to the original question, by what at this point is at least to me, coming from an "alleged" escort is:  IMG_5213.thumb.jpeg.804304b1b2c66913c932b6f863befcec.jpeg

INYC  is the biggest and best market for those that actually escort and for those that actually offer erotic and therapeutic massage. Like @pubic_assistance said, NYC is always getting flooded by tourists adding to and substantiating my claim that there's no bigger market than NYC for those who actually do escort. As for anyone trading NYC for San Diego because of "competition" Just remember you're putting your pole in a pond with less fish and where it's incredibly expensive to live. Any place that's "attractive" to live is going to  also have "stiff" competition so with that said, good luck 🍀 and may the road rise up..................

Most definitely.

Not only is San Diego expensive - it's incredibly dull.

Leaving NYC to San Diego for an escort makes little to no sense unless they are filling some niche gap in the market that they've discovered.

As others have mentioned, a hard-limit of "no kissing" is going to reduce your audience. Other factors (age, body-type & looks) are always limiting factors. Since@socurious doesn't have a profile anywhere so I can't determine what other factors may be limiting his audience, but my guess is that the audience is going to be chopped down to a few guys no matter where they travel.

Working in San Diego and leaving in Tijuana?

If you didn't know much about the escort market in San Diego, why even bring up living in Tijuana? That's just a whole kettle of risk and danger.

I predict that you'd be leaving Tijuana the day after you move there.

One hour and 15 minutes to Palm Springs, exactly 1 hour to downtown San Diego and an hour and a half to West Hollywood/Beverly Hills. I do it every week and I am not in the slightest inconvenienced by it.

Just to give an example.... yesterday I was in Palm Springs, today I'm home 🏡 doing nothing and will enjoy every moment of it, tomorrow I'm back in Palm Springs and will come home, Saturday I'm back again in  Palm Springs and won't be home 🏡 until Monday...  the following week it's a  very similar "flow" only it will be in Los Angeles. Point is there's a commute and one I don't mind at all... the alternative is being home and jacking off alone 🤣 If you are in my line of work and you have a regular commute every single week, be GRATEFUL ☺️

when the escort doesn't penetrate, perform oral, rim, kiss, or cum.

Sounds like a fella in the wrong business to me 😂

Since the OP brought up Mexico, in addition to San Diego - let’s give that some thought

It’s possible there could be a city in Mexico that is completely off-the-radar and underserved by providers.  A hidden little jewel so to speak.

Ever heard of Culiacan, MX ?  1million people and no provider listings.  Nicely situated near Gulf of California with mountains & hot springs nearby. Not far from Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas.  I suppose the one downside could be it’s the HQ of the Sinaloa Drug Cartel.  But, those guys need some love too.  Sounds a bit “Ozark” if you know the show - but what an adventure and evidently, no competition !

I love Mexico - it’s South of the Border !!!

I’ve read & heard the Sinaloans are thought to be among the most attractive people in Mexico. For real.

true - yet I haven’t seen the same type comments re; physical attractiveness about other regions of Mexico compared to Sinaloa.  It seems to be something that is commonly discussed and the people are very proud of it.  References seems to include virility of the men w machismo mixed in.

Where my mother is from in Sonora, a lot of Europeans migrated there to mine copper.... that's why a lot of my relatives are over 6 feet tall with colored eyes on my moms side. On my dad side they migrated from Portugal.

Mexico has a Jewish population, Chinese population, Arab,  German....  in the state of Guerrero you can definitely see the African influence...  i've had the good fortune of visiting almost every state in the Republic of Mexico.... 🇲🇽 we are a very diverse people, most people think of Mexicans and think of Benito Juarez lol 😂

@SouthOfTheBorder i'll be happy to send you a photo privately of my grandfather, who looked like a young Paul Newman, blue eyes  and all born and raised in Mexico, became a cattle trader and broker along the US Mexico border in Arizona

Um... I was kidding when I made that post.

Either way, a lot of people work in SD and live in Tijuana. Spanish is my first language. There are good affordable safe parts in Tijuana.

Oh dear, what a waste to have Vin sitting home, jacking off alone when that energy could be spent making other men happy. A horrifying scenario.  Embrace that commute!

Sounds like a town I just went to in the “Ozarks” region. It’s Hot Springs central. Lot of affluent people and tourism. One of my clients has a Rolls Royce, just to give an idea of the kinda money there lol.

Unfortunately, those type of towns you have to find the business…it’s not necessarily conveyor belt. Lots of straight, conservative…so takes a bit of patience. It’s good for an overnight or multi hour session planned ahead.

When I was in San Diego earlier this year, I stayed a couple weeks just walking distance from the Tijuana coast. And just a skip and hop from the entry point. I did learn a lot of people travel to/from San Diego to work and live in “TJ”.

But similar to what’s going on the Middle East, going to Mexico for tourism was highly discouraged. Unless you just have a house and resort, but I wasn’t about to go out there alone. Especially considering so many can get to San Diego and book me.

This year SD is ranked the most expensive city to live in the US, topping even SF, Miami and NYC. Most years prior it was ranked below those.

I didn't know that. What site/source do you use? I'd like to do further look up.

I had a regular provider who was as hot as they come, drop dead gorgeous.  Every time he went to SD - I swear he’d spend more then he earned.

That's not good... I know escorts that only consider a trip successful if they triple the "Invesment" and keep expenses as low as possible in order to achieve it.

Nothing compares to NYC! Most escorts leave it because it's just too competitive and do better in smaller markets, unfortunately San Diego will always have the issue of lower rates just a light rail ride away in South of the border.

A "niche" like a sugar daddy?
