If it is really a last minute cancelation you may have arranged other things before and after so you could make that time, spent time preparing, spent money and time commuting to the meeting place etc so it would be extremely odd that you claim it didn’t bother you. whether or not you’re real (many here rightly doubt you’re reporting on a real situation) and for whatever purpose you’re enabling discussion of pertinent issues. In this specific exchange - the issue being that a clients time is also important. What is telling is your original post "I was going to be 15 minutes late" -- what a joke... you should have shown up, apologized, and enjoyed the 2 hours and 45 minutes, and lo and behold, there is a possibility (not a guarantee) that if you were scheduled for 6:00-9:00, he might have given you 6:15-9:15. However, you said you had a three-hour appointment and that you broke the appointment because you would be fifteen minutes late arriving to the appointment with the escort. That is a disingenuous excuse for breaking a three-hour appointment. The escort would depend on the money from a three-hour appointment more than from a one-hour appointment. One way the original poster (the author/creator of this thread) could give credibility to his post would be if he furnishes us with the link to the escort that experienced the defaulted appointment. It's one thing to be late, but let someone know and accommodate it. No harm. No foul. Worse yet, the grown man wondered if the provider that had been cancelled would schedule another appointment with him.
