As for the Boooy profile, I've just received a chat message from him, based I suspect on the fact that I was logged in and checked his profile. I think they are shutting out features there to force people to use the app/site. I think if you're a member and you log on to rm app/site they can be chatted with from there. E.g. you can see providers that fit your search criteria on one big page that you can scroll down. Pretty cool.
