I certainly deserved that "call out", but it wasnt my fault.   The "cakes" plumped up too much in the oven and I couldnt find a box to fit them in.   Believe me,  I MANipulated them every which way I could,  even used some spit on them but they just couldnt fit.      I promise, next time ill plan ahead.....  But glad to hear you had the kind of day you Enjoy....
