What does being “complacent” mean?

I’ve gotten this from two separate escorts in recent text exchanges. “I’m complacent”

 

What does in mean in the context of escorting? I’m thinking they might mean “compliant” IDK

Yeah I was thinking they probably meant complaisant but were just spelling it wrong.

If an escort's first language is not English,

it's probable that they hear/read this word from others,

or are spelling the word as they "hear" it.

or are spelling the word as they "hear" it.

 

yes and it's also a good sign when a client takes time to type correctly.
