one of the Sean Cody scenes/series about three years ago took place, supposedly, in Wyoming.....I've explored most parts of that state, but can't figure out the filming location based only on the "generic" mountains in the background......it appears to have been based at a somewhat-remote house with some land that may've been rented by the company.....

 

wondering if any Sean Cody "insider" forum member here knows the spot!.......don't need the exact land parcel, but just curious where the approximate location, nearby town/city, etc. is since I like Wyoming a lot.....PM is fine!....thanks

I've seen that every once in a while. I always assumed that the guys asked to have their videos removed for some reason (got a job where a porn background could be a problem, etc). I wonder if there's some clause where they can ask to do that but have to give back what they were paid?

I cancelled my SC subscription because I got sick of their bait-and-switch login that takes you to promos for other paid sites and a stray click trying to navigate signs you up for something else. Seems their new business model is defraud customers and hope they are too embarrassed to challenge the charge. It took a lot of haranguing them to get them to drop the charge for some other site that I know I did not sign up for.

I had a similar experience. When I called my cc company, the foreign telephone agent had a good time reading out the explicit pornographic website names.

Interesting. On further search several of my old time faves - Dane, Pavel have been removed from the site. But a cursory google brings up most of those videos on other sites -- I guess the motto is, don't do it cause it will always be around to haunt you.

I just logged into my SC account after reading this and there are several videos and some guys missing from their "lists" of Videos or Models. Videos and Models have disappeared from my Favorites lists. Several guys now have a very reduced list of number of videos. One guy that was previously in my Favorites list no longer appears in the list and now he *only* has one video appearing on the site when previously there were several.

 

Also there are some guys that have also appeared on one or more other additional sites with different model names that have disappeared from the SC site, but when I check the other sites they still appear and their videos are also still available.

 

I'm wondering if part of the problem is with Mind Geek as there have been many frustrating changes since they acquired SC and especially in the past couple of years. They currently *only* use ProBiller to process CC charges which I think is part of Mind Geek and it was a nightmare when having to provide CC info to them after the changeover and then again when the CC expiration date needed to be updated. MG continues to make changes to all of their sites and many of the changes are *not* for the better in my opinion.

 

Not sure if I even want to waste time submitting an inquiry online to question the disappearing videos and models. Their response might be even more frustrating than the continuing changes they make.

Mind Geek owns Pornhub which I only became aware of when the recent hullabaloo erupted over Pornhub content. I subscribed to PH several years ago when I realized I could see a lot of the content from other porn sites, where I was paying multiple yearly fees, all under one roof. I actually saved money by cancelling Cockyboys, Next Door Buddies etc.

 

I’ve never had any billing problems with ProBiller which Pornhub uses. A month ago my cc expiry date passed and the interruption in service was only the day it took me to update my cc info.

 

One interesting thing happened yesterday after I had watched a video where in the background was this huge Canadian flag hanging in the bedroom. I thought, oh, Canadian content and the male actor even looked like a Canadian film actor but wasn’t. After watching the video, I realized I wasn’t signed in and when I did so, and when back to see the video again, the sign came up “Not available in your Country”. Which is Canada. I thought it was strange that we can’t even see stuff produced in our own country.

 

I’m used to seeing “ Not available due to copyright reasons” on some film clips in the NYT which I also subscribe to but those are more understandable.

After a long absence, I really wanted to see some of my favorite Sean Cody videos. They’re all gone. The site used to have well over 2,000 (bananaguide.com says >2600, as of November 2020) and now they show about 863. Well, membership was not very expensive. I think they’ve removed all of the condom wearing videos. There are NONE from 2008!

 

I stopped both a Sean Cody and Corbin Fisher a couple of years ago, as the models got to be more boring and the sex just didn’t do it for me.

Yeah, I miss many of the earliest (2003/4/5-ish) Sean Cody performers. Most were more "real"-looking and less primped than today's dudes. I'm very curious what MindGeek's criteria is for deleting most, but not all, of these early vids from the Sean Cody site. I know gallahad mentions condoms just above, but wonder if there is other criteria. I know some of these are available on other general video sites

I purchased a SC membership over a year ago because I wanted to watch some of their older videos. They were not there. I had to haggle to get a refund on my membership. Their ads were promoting videos that were not available on their site. I'd be curious to see if this "maintenance" brings back all of their videos.

On a whim, I just checked and I can't find two of my favorite early-days Sean Cody models on the site, Dylan and Zach (Zack?) Looking at the scene index, the oldest video is from Feb 2004, I know those two guys were from before then.

I recall the movie setting was along a flat area with a stream. Were there vacation homes scattered around? Looking at a topographical map I couldn't figure out where. Maybe a Google Earth expert could.

Or could one text or DM any of the performers and ask?

I think you did it, @ryanrxklein97 !.....thanks a lot and welcome to the forum......I'm good with geography (and Wyoming), but have no idea how you did this with just pictures of a house!....I presume it was a rental at the time or owned by a friend of the Sean Cody producers ......googling the address and looking at resulting realtor ads for the house and Google Earth seems to confirm....
