I think there are two separate issues: your general displeasure with last minute bookings and clients not adhering to the preferences stated in your advertisement. The former I have no problem with, but the latter I do. If a client expects you to be available at the drop of a hat or is rude when you explain that you are not available, you have every right to be frustrated.
