How many of you gentlemen have grown beards during the quarantine ? I let mine grow in and I look like Kris Kringle.....

I wouldn't even fuck me … It's gotta GO !

I already have a beard, but I am shaving less often. I am also showering less often, using deodorant less often, changing my clothes less often.....

Once a week (Mondays) I step out to do grocery shopping. When the weather gets better I'll probably add a second time block to go outside and jog/walk.

  • 3 weeks later...

My routine during weekdays has not changed that much. I wake up at 9 to start work, WFH for 8 hours, workout for 30-60 minutes immediately after closing Microsoft Teams, dinner, shower, then relax with a glass of wine to an episode (or two) of whatever I feel like watching.

Weekends are now quite meaningless days for me, because I normally am out Friday and Saturday nights with friends. Zoom Happy Hours only was fun on the first two weeks of SAH orders; it lost its novelty pretty quickly.

So on the weekends, I cook up a storm in the morning, watch even more TV, and that's about it. One weekend I was so unmotivated to do anything that I napped in the different couches of my house for kicks and giggles.

I can only wait for this pandemic to be over, because the quarantine is ever so slowly eating at me.

I set a wake-up alarm. Walk at least 5 miles each day. Read. Connect via phone (and not Zoom) with at least one friend each day. Keep my home clean and tidy. The NY Times crossword puzzle (yes, in ink.). Volunteer at least once/week to assemble food boxes at my local food pantry. Cook, helped by my weekly Hello Fresh box (which helps me with portion control, calorie count, and sodium intake). Excepting Hello Fresh, these were all my pre-COVID to-dos. Regimen great and small works for me.
