Getting propositioned by guys at my day jobs was one of the ways I felt welcomed and encouraged to give escorting a try. Feeling noticed and desired felt good. I figured if the offer is good, why not let someone enjoy me, my looks and body in full. If the guy seemed like a good trustworthy guy, then it seemed only fair to be negotiable and arrange a fun win-win for all. I’ve met at least a dozen guys this way. Never know when a diamond in the rough could be a bonafide new whore in the making lol ?

Oh, honey, you come over here and sit next me. We'll figure out what comes next.

Ok, now I get it. Thanks.

I finally did, too. Originally, I thought the young man was saying "Give me your ticket, and you can go in to see this movie you've not seen before." And now I think when you said "flirty" you meant that he chatted up people, as opposed to being sexually suggestive.

PIty it's both such an amoral age and a hyper-sensitive one!

I picked up a waiter in a restaurant in Mexico City once by sketching a double-bed with a question mark over it on the back of the paper placement he'd given me.

Later that evening, I heard "Que rico" for the first of many times... A sweetheart whom I still remember with fondness.

What was “que Rico” in response to exactly? ?

About 20 years old dude working in my local chipotle. Thinking about giving him a note with my email. Has anyone dared to make such adventures?

I thought this would never happen to me, but it just did, only role reversal: I'm mid-50s, and a 20ish guy (Egyptian, and very handsome) working in a local pizza shop that I frequent hit on me. 1st time I thought I was imagining it, 2nd time it was beyond doubt, but the rub is it's family-owned and a small space, and I couldn't think of any way to flirt back with him without his uncles, brothers, cousins, etc all hearing every word and seeing everything (and they all seem pretty str8, so I wasn't expecting a sympathetic crowd--I guess I feared being thrown out by them if I was too obvious, and that he'd get in trouble too).

Well, damn, I kept going back after that, but they rotate between a few shops they own, so didn't see him again for awhile, and now he's just polite and professional again. Not sure what the moral is, except that if there's chemistry, act on it while you can, and always be more prepared than I was.

You don't have to flirt flirt, just ask him about school etc. He might drop some bit of information that enables you to run into him outside of the shop. "You been working out? You look bigger. What gym do you go to?" that kind of thing. Not that I myself have the balls to act on it...

It’s difficult in the context and setting you’ve mentioned. In CA an employee can claim sexual harassment against a customer, and he’d have your email. You don’t really have any way for any give and take conversation, unless you can chat him up outside, on his break?

These situations are often fun to pursue. Waiters, bartenders, valets, bellboys, I’ve had my mixed results. Proceed with caution.

Thank you for bringing this back to Earth from dreamland!

Seriously, this.

It's an echo chamber at times on this board, so don't forget to think realistically with a liberal dash of brutal honesty.

Exactly let's start offering money to waiters, etc. What can possibly go wrong?

Are you a "hot" 20 year old yourself? In terms of investigating the situation. You could check Grindr while you're in the restaurant and see if he's on there, and if he is, what he's looking for.

That would be the first logical step! Great point!

Yes, I've done my share of "flirting" with pretty young things although I doubt they even knew I was flirting. You have to be astute enough to know when you might offend someone and self-aware enough to know when you're acting like a lecherous old creep.

I do it all the time and agree with you.

Well with an ass like yours, the panting could be heard a mile away!

Being the worker in this type of situation in the past, a nice flirty exchange can make work feel amazing!!!!

The waiters in the Montreal Village have got the flirting thing down perfectly...I'm sure they understand it increases their tips. But it's still lots of fun.

You flatter me. My cheeks are blushing !

I was at a restaurant once, and the next table had a guy who was a waiter. He spent about 10 minutes talking to his table mates about how he played up to the gay customers in order to get bigger tips. Laughing all the while. They know what they're doing.

Actually the safest and most legal way to break the ice is to ask such a guy if he ever models. Anyone can "scout talent" for a finders fee.

No. Absolutely not. Be yourself, it never fails.

But if you don't look back how will they know you're interested?

I encounter young super novas all the time, but I’m generally afraid to make the move. Just the other day, my sister was visiting and we were walking through the neighborhood when a 10 for beauty walked by. We made eye contact; his were beautiful. Had I been alone, I’d have ventured a backward glance to espy what I’m sure was a gorgeous ass.
