I had the same dilemma with a guy I hired in London. I usually book a two hour appointment for a first time when I do hire as a trial run for comparability but that's when I hire locally or somewhere I travel frequently.

 

When I first contacted him, I asked about a 2hr appointment. He was the one who suggested something longer. After checking his Twitter page, reading his reviews and having a few text conversations, I got the feeling we would be compatible on more than a physical level, or at least he would be good enough at faking it, that I took him up on his offer. Smart move on my part. Two hours would have been a major disappointment knowing I could have booked him longer.

Based on my experience in 2022, three times a year. Some appointments I got a mix of cold feet and a bit of ptsd from a bad experience. My overall experience with the three meets I had in 2022 were extremely positive. I have to admit, I have become extremely selective and of course this is an expense endeavor. I am also saving and trying to diversify in other areas. An alternative for me is a local bate club; a hand job and some kissing can do wonders sometimes. Sniffies and Scruff have turned out to be dead ends. Met one guy over the summer on Scruff and thats about it.
