On a overnight recently, said provider was on his phone at least half the time. English was 2nd language for this gent, and I expressed lightly that he pay more attention to me. At being paid over $100/hour, I thought he should.

Did you inquire as to why he was on his phone so much? If English was his second language, could it have been he was using it for translation?

I feel badly about this but i was new... a guy I had at my hotel room was chatting for quite a while when we were laying in bed shortly after he arrived.

First I turned on the TV.

Then I began slowly turning up the volume.

I’m not sure if he understood but he ended his conversation after about 10 minutes.

Another time I was visiting someone else’s hotel room. He was chatting for a bit mid-session. After a few minutes I got up and started getting dressed. He ended his conversation as I was buttoning my shirt cuffs.

Soooo passive aggressive of me.

A young couple at the dog park were playing with their phones, ignoring their dog, while the dog was at the gate chewing on the chain-link fence, for quite a while. I bit my tongue and just asked "The husky is your dog, right? You may want to check on him". It wasn't what I wanted to say...

You should have texted him "put the fucking phone away :)"

A friend hired Dakota Wolfe and he checked his phone while getting fucked.

I always tell folks I'd rather talk for 2 mins. instead of texting for hours. @Dave always requires a phone call for first time clients. He posted a few months ago about a guy who just couldn't handle such outrageous request and told him he would never do such thing (talk on the phone).

An escort who posts on here was hired for a 24 hour appointment, during lunch he kept on texting, the client politely told him to pay attention to him and he simply walked away from the client. He loss a daily appointment instead of giving up his romance with his phone.

Unless you're taking the escort for lunch/dinner after the appointment and off the clock, there's no excuse for him to check his phone.

To quote myself: I say because I have had guys who didn’t know a lick of English:

where do you want me to ejaculate?

Pulls out phone to translate:

¿donde quieres que eyacule?

I disagree when it comes to a 24 hour appointment. I definitely understand that if you are only with someone for an hour or two, he needs to be focused on you and not his phone. But to expect attention at all times for 24 hours is a bit much, I think. During lunch is not the best time to be texting, but if he wasn't given any other down time apart from sleep and going to the bathroom then I can understand his desire to check his texts and emails. In fact, I thought standard practice for longer hires like that was to specifically give the guy some time on his own to do such things.

Alone time while the escort or the client is in the bathroom, taking a shower alone, etc.

I've done plenty of texting from the bathroom.

Client: "Hi, I saw your ad, I'll be in X from Wednesday to Friday? Will you be available?"

Escort: "When do you want to get together? What do you get into? Are you looking to host or travel?"

client: "Thursday at 2 P.M. Hotel X. I'm vers. I definitively want to flip".

Escort: "perfect, so far no plans. When will you check in at your hotel? Can you text me when you arrive?"

Client: "Sure. I'll text you when I get there. I hope to see you Thursday at 2."

Unfortunately it would take hours of texting to get something like this done.

In a couple of mins. call you can get so much done... but I've been told by escorts potential clients keep on claiming they don't have time to talk during work but they'll text their asses off.

For a long visit like that I wouldn't be offended if he checked his email or texted now and again. But for a short session absolutely not. I'm sorry there is nothing less appealing than eating someone's ass and looking up to see him texting his next client.

I hope that was a joke and wasn't based on a personal experience. ;)

Simply Adam requires mandatory 8 hours sleep and 2 hours of alone time to check emails/texts. I remember exchanging messages with him and it felt like pulling teeth.

Two times (in 18 years of hiring) was this a big issue.

First, Chicago 15 years ago. While topping me, guy answered cell phone to speak to his next client in Gary, Indiana. Talk about multitasking. I was in awe.

Second, in NYC via agency. Body looked familiar, and it turned out to be a muscle guy I saw on Jake Cruise. First statement: I may need to check on my daughter who is ill. Translated: every 5-10 minutes. Trying to move things along, I suggest he top me. Answer: the agency didn't tell me what you wanted (I did) and I didn't take a Viagra and I just came with anther client a few hours ago. First time I was the clock watcher....

This is why you do no pay up front. If the phone time is a problem, at the onset say, it really bothers me when people are on the phone. If you need a break to check on things, let me know and I can give you a half hour of private time, otherwise please turn off your phone. If there are extenuating circmstances that require your attention, I would rather have an appointment another time when you are not distracted.

If he objects, it is my way or the highway.

Once I was in the middle of a session with a guy I saw fairly often when his ex-girlfriend called. He had just been telling me about how he hoped they could get back together, so he really wanted to take the call. He was very apologetic and said he'd make it up to me. And he sure came through...
