I am currently in Prague for exactly that reason, as I am 2 or 3 times a year. Trips other places are often with Czech friends who come over to the US.

Medellin doesnt have much tourist attractions other than weather. Prague is absolutely amazing. Stunning. Another wonderful thing is very fine 5 star hotels are often just over $100 in Prague. In NY, Paris, London or Zurich a decent 3 star is well over $200.

Yes, a lot of guys do visit Dubai. But it is a cheap tourist destination for Europeans so often it's with a friend. Russian escorts often visit Vietnam with Russian clients.

Sydney certainly has huge turist appeal, especially if you visit in Australia's summer. In the early to mid 1990s, Sydney had several excellent houses of boys/men.
