It's difficult to say from the pictures in his ad, although most FTM trans-men with vaginas (who choose not to have lower surgery to alter their genitals) usually take daily doses of testosterone and therefore develop more body hair. As noted above, if you're interested you should inquire of the escort himself. I use the male gender identifiers solely because he uses them in his ad copy.

Looking at the pictures, the shoulders are much, much wider than the hips especially in the picture facing down on the bed.

 

He/she also writes 'mine is surgical', referring to the vagina.

 

In addition he/she writes 'No I don't scream a lot'. Possibly meaning - there is no clitoris. I cannot see a clitoris in the pictures either.

 

I would therefore be inclined to think that this is a MtF transgender person with surgically constructed labia and a vagina.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think that RM sets minimum and maximum values for certain categories like height, age, weight, etc. Four inches may be the minimum value that one can select on dick size.

My thought is that this person was a mtf transgender who decided that it was not for them, and decided to present as male again. There many cases of people who decide to de-transition back to their gender at birth.

 

Further evidence of this is that there are no chest scars where the breasts would have been removed surgically.

Yes, I contacted him just to say hi. I didn't want to waste his time because he's in LV and I'm in SF. Just found out yesterday that I will be in LV for a contest in July, so I'm going to hit him up again.
