Lol.  Definitely older than he claims.  I've seen him multiple times over the last 10 years.  He always gives a good massage. Always friendly and kind. Or massage were definitely more therapeutic than erotic, but a solid guy. I'd definitely see him whenever he's in town.

Communication with Leon is horrible at best.  Ive learned if you cant get to the meeting without problems it usually means the same when you meet.  Im going to pass on Leon.  If anyone ever meets him let us know how it goes.  

For some providers, there is an understanding that it is not OK to reach out to a client without being contacted first. This might be old-school, as there is lots of discussion about providers reaching out after having been viewed on RM, or contacting clients proactively. But for many like myself, it's considered an invasion of privacy to make unsolicited contact.
My exceptions are like as @ICTJOCK mentions, someone has checked out my profile a whole bunch of times so I figure something must have got their interest. Or if their profile invites providers to contact them I'll reach out. Or if traveling I'll let former clients know I'll be visiting. But otherwise I try to be discreet and wait for the client to approach.
If you're wanting providers to contact you if they are interested, put something in your profile that invites it. You could even describe a bit of what you're looking for, and invite those who fit the bill to get in touch.

From my perspective,  it can really mean anything.   Anything "above and beyond"  what is typically considered  "expected"  with a booking.    I think an inquiry is always in order to define his "version"  of special service and make sure it jives with yours.

I take the RM reviews with a grain of salt.  I always try to leave (honest!) reviews but realize I'm often in the minority.  One provider I met several months was supposed to be hung like a horse and multiple reviews said the same.  When I met him I was surprised to see he was the size of a thimble.  I always thought an honest review helped the client community and never understood why anyone would intentionally leave a dishonest review which ends up hurting all of us.  Probably the same people who leave a 25% tip in a restaurant after they received terrible service and the wrong food. 

The best way to find the answer is to ask one of the providers whose ad mentions "special services."

I'LL BEGIN IN CAPS SHOUTING CUZ I CARE ABOUT YA'LL. Do not ever board Frontier airlines from Ft Lauderdale to Detroit. Something happens that is worse than Amelia disappearing in her transatlantic flight. For instance Brianthon here...he boarded a plane in Florida to visit Detroit for possible one hour employment sessions. He was 28 at point of departure (i.e. Rentmasseur). It's a 3 hour flight.
