I've usually met providers at their location, or had them come to a hotel room that I paid for.  If they got a hotel room just for our meeting, then I should pay the additional cost for the room.
It doesn't seem like it should be that complicated.

Good morning.  You did the right thing about canceling when you found out that you had Covid.  You were generous by offering half of the fee for his trouble.     For him to come back and say f you is unacceptable.  That shows to me he doesn’t want your service in the future.  A lot of times I know personality is not a trait in some escorts.

Cancellation fees in my opinion are to compensate for the trouble an escort has gone to in setting up a meeting that the client then cancels. It also serves to compensate for any lost income that the escort might suffer, the so-called " opportunity cost" because other business may have been foregone.
Both of those factors differ in each case of a canceled meeting. I think the client can gauge the first pretty accurately but has no way of knowing how the second factor may have come into play. If the cancellation is last minute, then the escort is likely left high and dry.
That is when some form of compensation to my mind is clearly called for. If the cancellation is several days in advance and the escort has not gone to any particular trouble preparing for the session, then in my opinion no cancellation fee should be expected.

There is really no benefit in leaving a bad review.  You are not going to get your money back.  You are not going to get your time back.
However, I do think it is worthwhile to leave a bad review if the escort has misrepresented himself in terms of his physical description or his photos.

I've tried to leave reviews where I provide constructive criticism.  I got bombarded with angry texts so I don't leave them anymore.  Thinking about leaving a 4 star review with no comments.  It's passive aggressive I know but at least it's something.

Feel like he did you wrong in several ways.  I’ve gotten better at making sure it’s discussed and agreed what’s what prior.  That way I feel like I’m not assuming anything which would be on me
nice guy is great but you didn’t hire him to be a friend
the I jacked off earlier  is lame btw - bad form by him
I’d review and stick to the facts - agreed upon prior and what actually happened
Otherwise others could fall into the same trap

If he agreed in advance to two hours and kissing and had performance issues then I would leave a review. Stick to the facts. If they go through the motions and fulfill the time, even if disappointing, then I don’t leave any review. If they are engaged and I have a good time, then I leave a positive review.

The provider was still a first class jerk for circling back to get his 50% bonus for breathing.

I think your response was appropriate.  I actually think the provider should of thanked you as there are some who would have went ahead with the appointment especially if they were asymptomatic.   Sounds like he lost a great potential client.  Hope you are feeling better.

It he had incurred expenses traveling to you I could understand.  Without that he's being unreasonable.   You were nice to offer half.   Not everyone would.

30 hours notice? Unless he was expecting to travel I wouldn’t have offered anything but a future rain check.
Ditch the jerk and find someone new and better

I know why. It’s because they’re paying. If it’s inconvenient for you or you find their approach is inconsiderate then it’s your choice to say just ‘no’ or ignore them. Of course in saying ‘no’ you forego the earning opportunity, which is probably what is annoying.

In my view, there was no commitment on the part of the client. Based on the communication you posted, he just expressed an interest in the two packages he was interested in but did not commit. Period. You have no basis to ask for a payment.

Make them sign a legally biding contract... and you can legally force them to pay... ? Just guessing, I am not an attorney.

As a client, I know for a fact that the “available now” is never 100% accurate.  I have hit up escorts with that status and there have been many times that they aren’t actually available. I don’t think him asking you if you were available is ignorant.

I totally agree. I once hired an escort who advertised that he was a top exclusively and no kissing. While I would have preferred he was into kissing, I hired him anyways because of his excellent reviews and other attributes. Anyway once we started in he started kissing me, first on various body parts and then on my mouth. And then he started with the tongue action and went full bore on French kissing (my favourite type of kissing). Afterwards I asked him why he didn’t advertise that he kisses and he said he wanted to keep the option to himself whether he would kiss a client, based on oral hygiene (mine is great) and chemistry (I guess I fit the bill in that regard as well). Some of the escorts I have hired who list kissing only go through the paces with rather lackluster kissing. Life is full of surprises, some good, others not so good.

I’m always surprised at the complaints over pricing. If you can’t afford it don’t buy it. No one is forcing you to buy the service.
