But what people do choose is whether or not they identify as 'gay' or 'straight'; a choice they make based upon their predominant attraction to whichever gender.

You're right. A lot (even perhaps most, I have to say) of the Brazilian escorts currently working the gay escort scene in London are into playing with chems (usually 'Tina' and 'G').
