Cute boys always get a big tip from me. Especially if they’re flirty. There’s an Italian market around the corner. After 4, a very cute blond works the register. When I complimented him on his blue eyes, he blushed. Now he always chats with me. I’m incorrigible!

I frequent a place in Houston that adds an 18% gratuity but only on the weekends.  I usually tip more so I asked the waiter why they are doing this.  He said that the weekend crowd is a different demographic that generally tips poorly and that the bar and wait staff do not want to work weekends knowing they won’t make as much money.  Thus, management added the mandatory gratuity for weekends to make sure they would have adequate staff. 

I could not agree more with your statements about @pubic_assistance. And yet, I could not disagree more with your call to the moderators to silence him. 
We are what we are, and we all have the right to express ourselves, even when others may find our views offensive.

I prefer clarity. If the time agreed is 1:30 then if it’s an outcall I aim to be there at 1:30. I’ll check the location and for example if I’m visiting his hotel then I’ll get there early and I can sit in the lounge until the time. If the client is coming to me and we agree a 1:30 start time then I’m ready and waiting at 1:30. It’s really simple. The time agreed is the time to be there. If you’re unavoidably late then communicate it.

Not sure where all of this negativity towards the boy emanates from.
Bozo had one, albeit brief, encounter with the aforementioned Mr. Gold. It was at least 8+ years ago. He was relatively new to the business. He was still escorting to pay the rent. He also occasionally danced  at Johnson's in Florida. Reno's "look" checked all of Bozo's boxes. He had the perfect body and face. Bozo had a bunch of lap dances with him. The best adjectives I would use to describe him were: naive, charming, and a lot of fun. He persuaded the "gatekeeper" of the lap dance rooms to give us the "VIP" room (normally there is a surcharge for that room). Reno was all over Bozo. Due to forum rules, I won't say any more.
Reno seemed genuinely a decent and generous person. Lots of fun to be with. Of course, since then, his fame has skyrocketed, and he has become a (minor?) superstar in the business. Glad to hear that his mother is managing his properties. Hopefully, he also has a good financial manager so he can retire from the business soon.

There are some really good actors out there.  Personally I prefer the ones that won't let you get too close emotionally.  I have been hiring for BFE for about 35 years and was always guarded until the past couple of years.  He is so good looking, beautiful green eyes, very passionate, great kisser. We both fight some of the same internal demons and we shared those struggles many times.  Great connection. Lots of fun and cute texts from him.  He always enjoyed my company even though I am 30 years his senior. A month ago he told me he was moving to be the third with a couple that had been together 20 years and who are between he and I in age.  I didn't think I had fallen for him but I guess I had because my heart is really broken.  This is the first time I let my guard down.  I actually am a pretty good judge of character and I don't think that was always 100% about the money or that he was always acting.  I think there was a lot of genuineness.  
So be careful and remember no matter what else you feel or he says or does, it is a financial arrangement at its core.

Thanks for the advice guys.  FYI - the reason it's been on my mind is over the last year I've been working very hard on self improvement.   I've also had some long time friends having serious medical issues.  It's my middle aged self going, let's do everything possible to stay healthy and enjoy the next 30 years.

Yet another reason to stop working from home and return to the office!

The best advice I have heard on lending money is only lend an amount of money you would not be upset to never get back. It's crazy how many people lend money and put themselves into debt to do it or financial difficulty. Obviously that wasn't you @Rick M but just my input.
