  1. Just a moment... WWW.GAYFORIT.EU does anyone know who the actors are?
  2. I recently just watched CONCLAVE and that was some great acting! I liked how its themes also dealt with idea of certainty/doubt amongst the faithfuls, even at the high level of Cardinal. Parts of the story reminded me of the movie Doubt starring Meryl Streep.
  3. I don't remember any private dance area. If there was one I must have missed it. There was a lounge that served as a casual meet/greet area for audience members and dancers (after their shift). That's where negotiations happen before going to a nearby hotel. When I went in early 2000s, the going rate was $200 cash.
  4. Sorry your friend got fired but at the same time, I recall folks normally negotiated all that stuff in the Gaiety lounge before leaving the theater.
  5. That's smart. Sometimes a dancer will tell you it's $20 per song but then have an iPhone timer on and charge you $20 for every 3 minutes (even though in reality a song can last 4-5 minutes) so just be aware of this.
  6. Also check out east side club gay sauna.
  7. I remember it was right next to BEAUTY & THE BEAST musical (Lunt-Fontanne theater) and you had to go up the stairs. I went back in 2004 for the first time and sat at the back since I was too nervous to sit front row. It was amazing. That meet/greet area was also very new to me at the time and of course everything was done in cash. I recall there was a bank of america ATM across the street. I was never in the mailing list so I missed out on seeing the biggest gay pornstars strip at the Gaiety but the ones I saw were all very handsome muscle guys with big packages.
  8. I thought the bottom offered to have the top takeoff the condom because he wanted the top to breed him?
  9. Definitely west side ymca on west 63rd street. https://ymcanyc.org/locations/west-side-ymca/about https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Feature-g60763-d93627-zft6217-West_Side_YMCA.html https://maps.app.goo.gl/FmzcEpX4SyKdwwha6
  10. Doing the transatlantic on QM2 is a bucketlist item for me too. I still remember back in 2007 when RSVP cruises had a gay QM2 transatlantic crossing over Memorial Day week. I didn't have $$$ back then so I was unable to go. Oddly enough RSVP/Atlantis never hosted another QM2 transatlantic crossing so perhaps something occurred and it didn't go well. At the moment, I'm thinking of August/September next year. I also wonder if the internet is strong enough that I can perhaps work remote for 1-2 days.
  11. I concur that telling coworkers you're going to Puerto Vallarta won't out you. I live in NYC area and going to BCN takes roughly the same time as going to PVR. Between the two, I like both in different ways. It's easier to work remote in PVR given the time difference with USA. However, for a more relaxed stay, I say go to Sitges. My local friends in Spain tells me that Sitges is becoming more expensive nowadays and if you want a cheaper and more local feel, go to Torremolinos near Malaga, Spain.
  12. Through the years I know of masseurs who changed careers and stoped advertising as masseurs but continued providing massages to existing clients.
  13. ah then it makes sense why Argentina may not seem as cheap then since you're paying in USD. I thought folks were paying in Argentine pesos (exchanged unofficially blue dollar rate).
  14. yup definitely a thing and has been for decades. I recall reading an article over a decade ago how older widowed/divorced British women were going to Kenya to 'hangout' with men who look like basketball players. Back in college, I did some research on Christopher Isherwood's Berlin Stories and during 1920s/30s, men who liked men flocked to Germany for some fun tourism thanks to the weak Deutsche Mark currency.
  15. in Argentina, do you pay in USD cash or do you pay in Argentine Peso cash (exchanged unofficially to get the blue dollar rate). The USD is quite strong against a lot of currencies in recent months. I went to Montreal a few months ago and had a great time. Same in Brazil. Japan is also 'cheap' right now thanks to the exchange rate.
  16. menofmontreal dot com
  17. Stop by both Campus and Stock and see which types of guys you like. I know some guys here are not fans of the backroom at Campus but I had a great time. When I went to Campus back in November, I noticed some of the guys working there are also on men of montreal website.
  18. When I was a student, I always tried to sit in front row in classes with good looking male professors. I mean wow. You can stare at them with no shame since you're paying attention At the beach I try to always sunbathe near the beach volleyball area. It'll look like I'm watching the game but really am just paying attention to the shirtless players. Wearing sunglasses helps too.
  19. I went to 117 last weekend and noticed a lot more customers wore street clothing while inside (garotos wore towels) I went a year ago and most if not all of us just wore towels. is this a new trend? Just found it odd. I wore a towel but then a fellow customer thought I was a garoto lmao but figured out I wasn’t when I barely spoke Portuguese. happy Thanksgiving from Brasil!
  20. Just came back from Montreal and had a great time. At Campus, I went Friday evening and I noticed most of the folks who do table service tend to be female/bachelorette parties. This makes sense since they're usually in groups. I actually think it's best to go either alone or with a friend or two so you can easily find a spot at the bar or one of the side areas. Dancers were great. $20 per dance. I had a great time with Arno and Felix. To be honest, since I was already tipsy I at times lost count of the songs so after I've had my fun I usually just ask which song we were on (both said 3rd song) and I kindly stated ok let's finish up by the end of this song and I gave both of them tips in addition to the $20/dance. I left Campus at 1am and thought about going to GI Joe's but decided against it and just went back to the hotel.
  21. Only thing I can control is the fact I voted. I survived 2000-2008 and 2016-2020 so whatever the outcome I'll be fine. If anything, I'm just glad I won't get these texts/emails asking for $$$ anymore. Both parties have fundraised so much money!
  22. Have any of you watched the Roommate on Broadway? I watched it from the orchestra on a Saturday evening and no, I did not hear Hell's Kitchen music at all during the performance. In fact, none of my friends who watched the play stated they could hear music from Hell's Kitchen either. If Hell's Kitchen is too loud to the point that it's bother people, I think we would have heard audiences complainiing about this back in August/September.
  23. I'll be going back to Brazil end of this year for 2 weeks (going to Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo). I have time to go to another city and was thinking of maybe going to Salvador or Florianopolis for a few days. Other than Rio and Sao Paulo, are there other cities in Brazil that have garoto saunas?
  24. I remember that scene as well. Glad to hear Tom Chase is doing well and hopefully he will be able to do those scenes someday!
  25. How did you pick your masseur? Most guys tend to pick a masseur who they think is attractive. I do think with massage a really good masseur can tell from your body/sounds whether you wish to have a happy ending or not. I'm sorry you had that experience.
