Greetings folks...
As you might have noticed, this site has been offline since around mid-day Tuesday.   Our prior hosting provider decided that they are unable to continue hosting our website and had ended service to us.  Unfortunately they did not provide any notification to me about this decision and I was forced to move the site to a new server without any sort of heads up.  This includes arranging for the new hosting company, configuring the new server to meet the technical requirements, getting a copy of our current data, restoring that data (over 300GB of files), recovering the database (over 18.5 million records in that database taking up 11GB of space for the DB alone), and reconfiguring the software itself to run in the new environment.  
While migrating there was also some technical issues that I ran into that required me to coordinate with Invision's technical support team.  So that back and forth added additional time to the mix as well.  
And to pile on further… all of this occurred while I'm traveling for my day job. So I've been doing this while in a hotel in between doing my day job on the road.  
There are most likely several other things that will need to be fixed still and I'm working through them.  For example, email may only be partially working.  I still need to setup things like SPF and DKIM for the new server so our emails don't flag as spam.  There are other settings that might need to be redone to work in the new server as well that I'm not thinking about yet.  (As you might have imagined, I've not had much sleep during this whole process.)
But anyway... you get the idea.  No... we're not going anywhere!  This was a minor setback but we'll continue to move forward.  Thank you all for your understanding and support!

YES! Most of them, from the ones I've seen around Lowes and Home Depot speak minimal English. It's taking advantage of desperate men in the worst way. It's a type of sex trafficking.

I've started "polite market feedback" recently and here is the latest update on what I see around central Florida (Tampa, Orlando, etc.).
Many masseurs, especially visitors, are quoting some sort of "base rate" of $200 and want $250 for both nude and mutual touch with HE. When I respond that I prefer to keep it under $200 and will go back to one of my local favorites instead, they quickly backtrack and say that $200 is ok. Unfortunately, it's too late at that point. I don't want to get a massage from someone who is not happy with their compensation. Massage is a very personal and somewhat luxurious experience, so it is essential for both sides to be happy to be there under the terms that are agreed upon. Making it bazaar-like cheapens it and introduces a very wrong vibe that kills the experience IMHO.
I'll report if I observe any adjustments in quoting behavior, some may realize that getting more clients at $200 makes more business sense than fishing for the ones willing to shell out $250 or more. Some have even quoted $300 or $350. Hence my "polite market feedback" policy, I see it as community service 🙂

Lots of reviews scattered around the website, including for his rentmen work, but I don’t think Jeremias has a dedicated topic for his massages, so I thought I would start a thread since he really deserves one.
The texting initially felt a little awkward, but tone is hard via text.  He’s actually very thoughtful.   Instructions were super clear.  I have to write about one area of growth so this doesn’t sound like I am doing pr for him, right?  Lol.
Jeremias has fantastic great massage technique (he’s really trained). He always helps w w some gym fatigue and I always leave feeling transformed.  Deep and not painful.   Very thorough massage as good as many of the board favorites.   
 
I have had sensual and Thai modalities w him and both were transporting.   Throughout the sensual, his hands never left my body and he was always focused on my relaxation.    In his Thai massage, he kept pushing me, gently, to stretch in what felt like a private assisted yoga session.   Really phenomenal experience.  But he won’t mix sensual w Thai.   Two different energies.   

And yes, he is ultra ripped    His body is ridiculous.
Fun part, he’s in Astoria so I get to try awesome and affordable restaurants that area is famous for.

It's shocking on this board to see so many people talking about "choice".   Who chooses their sexual orientation?  Do you wake up one day, sit down at the breakfast table when you are about 5 years old and make the decision with Mom & Dad?   How you "choose" to live your life is a different situation.  We are in our infancy in regards to genetics.  One of the first big studies was done by Dr. Dean Hammer at the NIH back in the early nineties if I remember correctly.  My partner at the time was a participant with his brother.  It was later found to have some flaws but set the groundwork for future studies; one of which was released a few years ago.  Even if scientists were able to prove the genetic component with 100% certainty, many Americans wouldn't believe it anyway and we have the recent COVID epidemic as proof of Americans' distrust of science.  You can blame the right for that-not a bunch of liberal activists.

Thank you for the help & info.  It's very, very appreciated that you took the time to offer me help!  TBH, this is unlike the response  I got from a guy on this board I DM about Rio this week. Yes, he answered my DM but not only did he outright refuse to answer my question but was quite rude & inappropriate to me.   And it was just a question about saunas, nothing inappropriate at all! (Jeeze, why bother to respond at all then?).  
But your suggestions will be used! And off to Rio soon I will go....

I’ve been able to find many a potential clients face pic without asking for one. Your number can lead to your name, your name can lead to Facebook, and there you have it. So much for being discrete! Sometimes Mr. Number will give the name of the client and the origin of the phone number then you can search for that potential client on Facebook. Sometimes you can even Google the number and get the clients info, including name and address! My doorbell camera is gonna get that picture when you show up anyways😜

I don't understand the caution here. If you send a pic, what's going to happen? If it's a G-rated pic, there are likely several of you on social media that anyone could download or screen grab. A naughty masseur having one doesn't mean anything. Do you think they can prove you sent it? If so, who would care? 
If you're someone who avoids social media altogether, then I can understand it. But there are so many pictures of me on the Internet, I would say, "I guess they downloaded that from my Facebook profile," and move on... 
If I'm going to a provider's home (or hotel), I generally offer to send a face pic so they know who is showing up. 

It is clearly proven that neither the vaccines or face masks prevent the spread of covid. It was all a lie. Both cause more harm than good. Moreover, the face masks are contaminated with many different and large amounts of toxic chemicals like VOCs.

I love handsome older (relative term) men  was curious forever because he reminded me a bit of a Russian masseur I used to see at equinox  
So…  when I got to his place, appearance was more disappointing than what I expected it to be   I also go a very very weird vibe at first and almost left - a kind of silence of the lambs vibe & probably should have left, and just trust instants…but it turned out ok.
The massage it’s self was actually really incredible and actually very erotic even tho there was zero attraction

pics are accurate but the personality is not. The massage technique was good, but he had a palpable negative / energy. I tried a couple times because I thought he might be having an off day  nope  kinda snooty three times - clearly he’s exceptionally good looking and that is why I tried more then most but I always felt worse after. If your his type maybe you’ll have an awesome experience  but I don’t know what that is   Middle age white 5’8 trim/ fit, outdoorsy  type (me) maybe is not.
